I am skeptical of smaller shops like this. I have had bad experienced in the past with similar tire service stores. So, initially, I avoided them. However, there came a time when I needed a tire change and they were the only option. I am thrilled that this happened, because I have had nothing but a good experience here. Granted, I see that a lot of the negative comments are about the oil change service. I have never had my oil changed here, so I cannot speak to that. I can speak to their tire service. I don't think I would let them do anything else, because they are clearly a "TIRE SERVICE", not a place to get anything else done. I have another mechanic do those things. To me, it would be like going to a chicken restaurant, ordering a steak and giving a bad review. It's a chicken place. Their best product is a chicken, not steak. So, those reviews don't mean much to me. I have had multiple tires changed on 4 different cars. I have had multiple tires patched. All at fair prices. Even when they mess up (which they have), they take care of it at their cost. I have never had an issue with their tire service. As for customer service: it's always friendly and helpful. What else could you ask for. As for ambiance: well, it's a tire shop. They have complementary coffee, but its basic Folgers-type. So, don't expect much for free. The chairs are comfy. The place smells like rubber tires. No issues for me here. All in all: this is a great place for tire service. Highly recommended. I dropped off my car at noon on a Saturday for a basic oil change. The place wasn't busy, by the way, but I left and came back at 3:30, still not done. Everyone just standing around. I left again, because they said it would be an hour. I came back at 4:30pm and they were all leaving and I had just got the call that it was ready. What in the world!! I got lucky that someone was still there... never going to that location again... it should not take 4 and a half hour for an oil change. read more

Terrible customer service, my brother went in to just know what issue on his tire but gave him a bunch of nonsense trying to get more money out of him, for sure don't recommend anyone going here at all. Drew was soooo helpful!!! I recently got scammed into buying a new car that I pay way too much money for, and ended up getting a flat. They removed a nail and a screw, one in my left rear tire and one in my right rear and patched them up no problem. They've got good guys that work here, definitely recommend. read more

I have to give this place 5stars for the simple reason of them getting me in and out within 15 mins. I got up this morning and had a flat tire on my Cadillac. So I put air in it and came here since it's a new business and close by. The guy took my car pulled it in and came in and said I had 3 screws in my tire. Thank goodness it wasn't in the side wall of the tire. Very friendly service The guy was like have a seat free coffee or water which was nice. Only thing I gotta say is 21 bucks to fix a flatt was kinda high but it's done right! I noticed they finance tires as well if that's your thing. Great to know there open on Saturdays till 4 pm!! I noticed they do a check on your car for brakes, wipers and will check the air in all your tires. So if your needing a flat fixed like me or new tires this should be the place you need to visit. I also got a free camouflage hat to which is pretty kool!!! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend to anyone. I went in for a standard oil change and was told that I had a bad battery. I was unable to get the car to start until after I said I was going to another place to get a different battery. The manager Bobby was the one who was helping me and somehow my battery suddenly worked. I went to O'Reillys to test the battery and it came back as a perfect battery. Customer service was horrible. I have never been spoken to in such a manner on top of trying to be scammed into spending more money for things that were not in fact broken. read more

Got Quoted price and made appointment two days ahead. Were going to have tires transferred in. Arrive for service no tires. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to go get the tires. Asked for discount. Sure. Bill comes with no discount until asked about it. Bottom line after all that it cost me $5 more than I was originally quoted, with bad service. Very disorganized business. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change that I was told would take 40 minutes. Apparently they had to order an oil filter and have it delivered but they should have communicated the delay so I could have gotten a ride home. read more

My husband and I had to replace most of the front end suspension of our truck. We spent close to about $5000 and did the work at the shop he works at. Spent many hours on the job. Knew the truck then needed new tires and an alignment after replacing most of the suspension. Went where we have before with no issues, and we were known by name. Not this time, terrible attitude from the beginning. Needing to hurry and finish what we need to so we can get there in a timely manner, as I was told earlier that day. Get there, they quickly get the truck in the bay and immediately say they will not do the alignment because of the track bar. The one bar we hadn't replaced yet. They then refuse to do the tires and alignment that are already paid for and say we have to replace the track bar. Then, don't even check the rest of the suspension we hadn't replaced to see if anything is ok or not. The technician said a simple 10 minute steering wheel alignment would take him 5 hours to do because of this bar and then would be a waste of time on the new tires and alignment. We leave without the already paid for services and get told to buy another expensive part and now nervous about the services because we won't know if anything else is wrong and could keep us from getting our tires and the alignment done again. Trust has decreased at this point. We both feel like we would like new eyes on the job when we go back. I called and asked for the salesman so we could request not to use the same technician. This upset the salesman and he immediately referred to me as "Ma'am" instead of using my name like he had before. We talked about why I did not want this technician to touch our truck. Since I'm speaking on my husband's behalf as well, I automatically become 3rd party. Salesman then tells me that he disagrees with my opinion about his technician and that if my husband wanted to have a man to man conversation, he could call him. Came to buy a set of 4 tires was in and out quick, with all new tires on my car. Pay process was smooth and easy.

I went to plaza tire to simply get my tires checked out to see why my tire was flat. When I walked in the young man at the desk welcomed me with a smile and a very uplifting attitude. He was very kind to me and all of the other customers in there with me. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for each customer. This guy gets a 20 out of 10 on service. He is the only reason I gave this place a two star. BUT..... the guys in the back don't know what they are doing. Well that's not entirely true. They are trying to get my $$$. I had been waiting in the lobby for quite a while when the nice man at the counter tells me that the guys in the back say that I need to order 2 brand new tires which will be somewhat expensive. Me, not wanting to pay for mew tires, asked if I could go back and see what was wrong myself. I go back there and the guys literally don't know where my tires went. So when they find them they can't find a hole in any of the tires. They look for multiple minutes and even spray them down to check for leaks and there wasn't a single leak in either one. Then they proceed to make the excuse that the tread was bad therefore my car will not last much longer on the road. All of this being said, it was a ridiculous experience and I stayed in there for about 2 hours all for them to air up my original tires and put them back on. Buddy working at the desk... a word of advice... don't let these guys affect your reputation. They honestly make you look bad. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:10 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. standard stuff for a tire shop. I was told that they would take care of it and call me when they were finished. At 4:15 I still had not heard from them so I called the store. The person that answered the phone said "there are no notes in here, let ,e do some digging and I'll call you right back. At 4:35 I still had not received a call back. My ride back to Plaza was leaving where we work so I just went to the store. when I got there I told the guy that greeted me what I had been told. He said "yeah that was me but I got covered up". His explanation was that the tires were rotated but then my vehicle had been taken outside and the ticket had never been worked. Sooo, I was not able to use my vehicle all day and would have to go back and do it all over again. I'm not sure I will go back. I am usually willing to give a second chance but this was a "total fail" on their part and I'm having a little problem with not getting the original call but then I don't know if I would have received a call back when I called them at 4:15. at this point I would not recommend. read more
