My mother drove a front wheel drive down a steep, large rocky road onto a grassy terrain after a lot of rain and of course was unable to go back up to the road. Her wheels just got buried first in mud and then in the rocks. There was no way to get her out with our truck as this car has no normal place to attach a chain. Your man knew exactly where to attach a chain and cable to pull the car up the road. He was able to get this car out of a very difficult spot. I appreciate the fact that the first guy that came out with a long bed knew the limitations of his equipment in this particular situation so he got a 2nd guy to come out the same day. Roadside Services towed my vehicle to their Springdale yard after a collision to wait on insurance to begin repairs. I was told by the tow truck driver that standard procedure is to leave the car keys in the seat and that their yard is fenced in & very secure. However, my vehicle was stolen from their tow yard with the owner of the business being suspected of hindering the investigation. And they conveniently don't have any security cameras on premises. I HIGHLY recommend against ever using any of their services. read more

We were so pleased with the services received from Roadside Services Towing of NWA! We had an issue with our vehicle starting and contacted Acura who contracts with AAA. Within 15 minutes we were contacted by Roadside Services Towing of NWA and they arrived 35 min later as promised. Cody P was so helpful and addressed all of our concerns/questions. I was broke down on the interstate tonight . It was scary! Cars were flying by me. Tiffany was about an hour out when i spoke to her, so she called her co-worker, Colby and he got there right away. He loaded my car and myself up and brought us to Springdale. Beautiful, super clean tow truck. He was very professional and kind. I called these guys because my wheel fell in on my truck thought it was a broken ball joint but the nut fell off the bottom of the ball joint. He jacked it up and put the tire back on and drove it onto his flat bed. His name is Don and he went above and beyond when other guys would have just drug the truck on side ways. I contacted them early the morning of Sept. 4, 2024. The receptionist was very friendly and they were able to get my vehicle towed right away at a great price. I would highly recommend them. I do not know why my review says California. I live in Sherman, Texas, and was in Fayetteville, Arkansas on a trip when my vehicle broke down. My rear differential went out on my way home. I was able to have it towed from my house to the shop using AAA. Steven with roadside services came by with a flatbed and took it straight to the shop. He did a great job and was very professional. I did not even need to go to the shop. This is where AAA membership pays off and I was very impressed with roadside services. Great value! read more

Standard story, you know the one. Vehicle broke down. Always a stressful situation. I called AAA who sent me Gary. Gary was awesome. He kept me informed of his ETA, was efficient and friendly when he came and hooked up my Jeep and towed to the dealership. Thankful once again that I have AAA. Excellent I contacted AAA for a tow, my starter went out on my truck. They young man, asked me if I had tried to jumpstart it?? When I said No, he volunteered to help me jump it and we tried but it didn't start. He agreed that it was probably the starter. But, hey he tried to save me $550 dollars. read more
