I took my truck to the shop a few weeks ago told them there was a squeaky noise, when I spoke with…read morethem on the phone they stated they would look at it free of charge. They call me tell me the noise that I was hearing was from my big tires on my truck and charge me for a tire rotation, which I never agreed for them to do. I get to the shop asked them if they would ride with me to hear the noise I was originally talking about. To their surprise, they heard the noise I was originally referring to.I tell them what I think it might be and I left the truck with them to look at it again. I've attached the estimate they gave me to fix what "the issue was". My husband looks at it because he said there's no way that noise could be from what they stated. And what did he find out, sure enough all it was was broken brake clips. This cost me roughly $12 I think to replace. The whole point to this post is to say, wait let your husband look at it or you can just take it to the shop like I did get charged for something it didn't need and then get lied to about an expensive unnecessary repair. Also,I've learned that even though this is 2024 we are still in the 1900s Era where men think women don't know crap.

Took my truck in to have 3 things fixed. New abs module, air bag sensor and a brake module controlling the cruise control. They were supposed to have the parts ordered and have everything done in 1 day.. We'll they forgot to order them and then they finally got them ordered in 2 days later while my truck was sitting there. Tried to call them every day and only voice mail with no call back until 5 pm 3 days later. They promised to have it fixed by noon the next day. Called them early afternoon and again only voice mail. Finally I went to get my truck at 4 pm and they were still working on it. The abs still not programmed in properly, never ordered the sensor for the airbags, and hadn't even started on the cruise control. They still charged me $1500.00. All I can say is they lie, don't communicate, and are crooks. Do NOT ever go there for any type of service.

It would take way too long to explain our bad experience that occurred over a 4 day period that we had here in early August 2026. Suffice it to say that 1) our vehicle did not receive the service that was requested and were told had occurred, 2) our 22yr old daughter felt treated in a very patronizing way when she arrived to pick up the vehicle as witnessed by our sister-in-law and 3) we immediately had to take the vehicle to be serviced at Firestone for the issues. I reached out to the Service Manager and the General Manager more than a month ago about this but have yet to receive any response from either of them. We have been Toyota owners for 35 years but we would NEVER buy a vehicle from or go to this dealership again.
