He sounded confused and disorientated.. he then said he has it and he'll call me back. I never heard back from him. I upgraded from 2 stars to three stars because he did give me a good idea to use truck bed liner on the bottom of my RV..which I did do (myself). This place has the reviews it does for a reason folks..go elsewhere for good customer service.
