I ve been putting off having any mechanical work, including standard maintenance requirements, done on my snappy, burgundy 2017 Infinity crossover----- QX 30---- since I moved here 7 months ago. That caught up to me yesterday when the overnight temperature dipped into the low twenties and stunned my battery temporarily inoperable. Luckily for me, when the temperature warmed up a few degrees I was able to crank her up, but I knew it wasn't going to last the week coming up so I bought a new one at a local auto parts store, and was happy when they attempted to replace it for me. I was worried cause due to the QX 30's makeup the auto parts manual instructed their employees not to do it and indicated the installation would take at least 30 minutes. But they tried anyway. And almost succeeded, got her in, but we're unable to rebuild the holding case correctly due to its complexity and their unfamiliarity with it. Fortunately it was operable, and off I went in search of a honest. Competent, available mechanic for help. I was nervous. But my luck held up when these folks secured the battery correctly and promptly as soon as I pulled into their shop. ( I didn't even know they existed as the shop is just off 23 South on a little used side street. Whew. They showed me why the job was a bit more complex in my car than most, which was exactly why the auto parts management told their sales force not to do it. Whew. Honest, competent and available. It took at least 15 minutes of their time, and it's not like they had nothing going on as their parking area was filled with cars obviously needing repair. Despite the time spent putting me back together they refused payment even when I persisted. Pulled out a $20 bill but no, they wouldn't take it. Honest. Competent, available. BTW one of the cars waiting repair was a shiny Sheriffs patrol car. Think about that for a minute. I asked afterwards if they could repair my foreign ish crossover regularly. I was surprised when they said yes. Whew. I've got a few things for them to do, starting with a oil change. Honest competent and available. read more

Highly recommend. We hit a deer last night and the front of our car was dragging the ground. They riveted it back in place and even worked the grill back into it's previous/normal shape so it doesn't really look like we had much of an accident at all. We are visiting from out of town and they were very kind and did all this immediately (no wait). We explained our situation and they opened up to help us out. They took care of the problem and didn't even charge us. These guys are fantastic!
