After calling another towing company that said it would be at least 4 hours I called C&R. I told him we needed to be at the dealership by 3:00 (in an hour) because that's when they closed and the driver was there in 20 minutes. I've never had to use a towing service but would definitely recommend C&R. Great service, friendly driver, and hurried to help us get there on time. I figured that, with all that was being powered operating properly then it it can't be the battery. It must be the starter. (I am an airline pilot, NOT a mechanic so that should tell you something right off the bat) This towing company came highly recommended by one of our church members so I called the. The driver, Will Cody, who arrived promptly, professionally, listened to my issue with the car and recommended that he at least rest the battery before having to pay for a tow. I said ok. Low and behold it worked. Cody just saved me some money and, more importantly, a lot of time. He thought of his customers first instead of his wallet.

I went to pick it up the day before yesterday and the paint job was completely destroyed, splotches fully covering the right side of the vehicle. Then there were multiple scratches and large swirl marks where they attempted to remove whatever this substance was and further ruined the finish. They tried to claim it was like this when I brought it in. I produced a picture of my vehicle two weeks before they received it, nothing wrong with the paint job. Their employee Levi told me that my vehicle was dirty and the dirt remaining on my vehicle for six months caused erosion to the finish. So I asked him if they had knowledge that dirt remaining on a vehicle for six months would destroy the finish, why not give it a quick rinse upon receiving it? He told me that wasn't their job. Yesterday I took it to a paint expert and his diagnosis was not that the paint was eroded by dirt remaining on the vehicle for six months. He said it was chemical overspray that got onto my vehicle. I spoke to Kenneth the manager, sent the photo of my vehicle with no issues two weeks prior to them receiving it and they still refused to take responsibility and fix this mess they created. The first picture is my vehicle two weeks prior to them receiving it. A little bit dirty, but no damage to the paint. The next 3 pictures show the damage they caused to my finish. Whatever they got on it cause the clearcoat to erode and ruined my paint job. It's going to cost me thousands to repair this damage. I am heartbroken over this and would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to them for repairs!

We recently moved to NWA, and to our chagrin learned there was not a local Volvo dealer. New friends recommended Fast Auto & Tire as they use FA&T for their Volvo. Ours needed a 40,000-mile maintenance, among other things we were unsure of (other than new tires). Too many places are not honest about their schedules in order to get customers to commit. Not Fast Auto! Told us they could not start on it until the following week, which was fine with us. After we left the car with them, they kept us informed by phone every step regarding what the car needed, how much it was, when needed parts would arrive, etc. All the work was done for a fair price. No surprise charges to deal with. Too many auto repair places treat women customers as though we're stupid; bad business practice since we women are half the population. I am also a daughter of a diesel mechanic. Dad made me learn how to change my own oil and brake pads before he got me a car. So I despise being treated condescendingly. I am happy to share that I did NOT experience any discriminatory behavior by the folks at Fast Auto & Tire. I believe tradespeople are too often undervalued for their time and skills. But neither should people be held hostage to unreasonable fees. From what my new friends have told me, Fast Auto & Tire are just about the most reputable auto mechanic place in the area. Based on my own experience, I agree. Indeed, they could price gouge for that reason alone. But my late father often said that local business owners who are in it for the long haul will treat new customers as though they will be 'forever' customers. Seems to me the folks at Fast Auto & Tire follow a similar philosophy; Quality work performed efficiently, and for a fair price. I highly recommend!!

I agreed & he said he could only bring the bike at the time, and I could follow him out to the tow yard after. They both get to my house with the bike, and we make the deal. The owner Michael tells me I can even pick parts off another tl out there to get it running. So fast forward to us getting out there, I get the car running within almost 15 minutes. All of the sudden Mike comes outside saying they don't have rights to relinquish the car yet & the lady that used to own it would have to come out and sign papers. Okay whatever, we leave. Over the next few days I get the classic run around and excuses one after another. Today Mike tells me the car is gone, and he doesn't know what else to tell me. Honestly not even sure what to do, but I would like to spread awareness about them & how they do business.
