He then proceeded to tell me the terminals where it connects to my batteries were bad and that's the reason it wouldn't start . I had jumped this car previously with another car on one battery and heavy duty truck on the next and it started right up. I know my batteries were on their way out but they had at least another year or so before they needed to change. After another ten minutes of messing around with my truck he left frustrated because he could not start my car. I called later that day to ask for refund in which the guy got angry at me because I didn't tell him to bring two battery chargers instead of one and hung up on me without giving me my refund. I would definitely not call him for assistance again. Lo and behold after $120 in Uber from rogers to Fayetteville for two brand new batteries from autozone which were about $500 my truck started right up like nothing happened so i guess he also lied to me about the terminals as well.

I called 1st Response Towing & Rescue, as they had a good rating and were apparently quick and less expensive than others. I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!
