Just came in for an alignment test. The guy came out showed me how a few tires were out and asked if I wanted the alignment. I said yes and asked how much which he responded with 99.99 plus tax. After talking with him, I saw my car pulled to the front 20 minutes later. So, made my way up front to pay and the guy said that it would be 200 something dollars. I said the other guy said 99.99 which he responded "they did an extra 30 minutes on the back tire because it was tight". I refused to pay because that was a COMPLETE LIE AND NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. Run far from this company. Perhaps because I am a woman he thought he could take advantage. Not this girl!! I will never go back and tell EVERYONE I know how DISHONEST THIS COMPANY IS! I took my SUV in for an alignment and had a 2:00 pm appointment. At 4:40 I noticed it was sitting out front but no one had told me it was completed. The time stamp showed it was performed and ready at 2:48 but I sat for another 2 hours before I saw it. Although there was only one other customer in the building, who came in much later than I did, no one thought to mention it was sitting for almost two hours. I do understand that things can slip through the cracks but they were not busy and there was not even an attempt to apologize for the miscommunication. The work itself was done well and the price is reasonable but I cannot recommend this business given the poor customer service. read more

We had a confirmed 1 pm online appointment (email to show). We arrived and checked in at 12:55 and they said they showed no appointment but would go ahead and get us in. At 2:00 I went to inquire about the vehicle and was informed it was next. I politely said "I should have been told we would be waiting over a hour." She proceeded to tell me how hard her day was with call ins so I said "I understand but I also have things to do today and I should have been able to make an informed decision." We will not be coming back due to the fact that communication is lacking. This is another reason to not use a chain and keep business local. I purchased my tires about two years ago in Las Vegas. When I purchased the tires the warranty while good was not explained to me very well. Zach, at Big O Tires not only helped me utilize a warranty that some people might have tried to void, but he also showed me how to keep my tires safe, sound and under warranty. Today was my first experience with Big O Tires. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was there because my tire was going flat. (nail). Unfortunately for me the nail hole was in the sidewall and was unable to be repaired. They we kind enough to put the spare on for me and didn't charge me a dime. Maybe this kind of service was normal 40 years ago but unheard of today!!! I was told that this store has new management and I would and will strongly recommend this Big O Tire location to any of my friends when they ask " Do you know of a good place you can trust to get my car serviced". I took my truck in for two tires and an alignment, but Justin saw the tires that the previous employees put on my truck and they apparently were passenger tires for a sedan. Justin said he's not comfortable having those tires on there so he replaced those at the cost of the warranty. He hooked me up several times over and I will never go anywhere else for any service they provide. Can't thank them enough! read more

they said it would only take an hour to put 4 new tires on. well after 45 mins after they s they told us they didn't have the 4th tire someone has to go pick it up that's 25 mins away so here goes another hour or more. i don't understand why they didn't do this when they started... never coming to this place again. I have no idea what's going on at this particular Big O location, but there seems to be a complete change in personnel. There are only 2 people we recognize and they are out in the garage. The Quality has plummeted. It was nice having employees who not only recognized you when walked in the door, but remembered what they last told you about your car. We always felt like they were shooting you straight. The guy they brought in from Sears Automotive contradicts everything we have heard from Big O previously. We ask questions and want straight answers. We've gotten that in the past by Big O. This new guy will throw all sorts of bs and go down side trails which conveys the air of a used car salesman. The lack of just giving straight facts does not build trust. We probably wont be back after our alignment package term expires. read more

Lonnie was great and kept the team honest. They have a new manager and he has let the place go down hill. They tried to charge me $395 for something that I actually got done for $75. They are a rip off and they do things half-assed. I had to take my car back to them 4 times before they realized that they put a part on upside down which is why I was having a leaking radiator. Not impressed!!! I called to set appointment for a new set of tires and they told me it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. This morning when I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time, I was told once again that it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. I am still sitting here 3 hours later!!!!! Waiting for my car! Don't come here it's a rip off they make stuff up and rip you off Ernesto the manager is beyond rude and offensive. I will be contacting corporate office for his inappropriate comments towards (a paying customer) me to an other employee "get him out of here" I had my car inspected for Uber 2 times at this location and every time they find something to fix or I fail. This time I had my car inspected for Lyft at Pep boys and it passed 3 weeks ago with no problems. Enter big O tires, figured I would get an oil change so they wouldn't make me buy wipers (last Uber inspection) or tires (previous Uber inspection) and low and behold my car failed the tire inspection that had passed 3 weeks before. I will not be going back here or recommending them to anyone. One last note I bought the tires that did not pass from them 2 years ago and have done all my tire rotations. They where supposed to be 50,000 tires according to them they are bald at 36,000 miles. read more

This place is joke. I have tried this place twice with two different vehicle. They over charge for everything and then when you try to tell them that they have done something wrong, they make an excuse and or say they didn't do the work WHICH THEY DID THE WORK. I am amechanic and when I see bolts are finger tight after the alignment is don't and my wheel almost comes lose from the strut, something is wrong. Well according to the manger there was just a little mistake, lair!! If those bolts would have come lose my tire would have folded under my truck but that's a small mistake that wasn't a safety issue. NEVER USE THIS PLACE EXTREME SAFETY ISSUE AND THE MANAGER IS A JOKE. read more

Went for an oil change on a Saturday. Great and fast service! They had a nice enclosed play area for my toddler and I to wait in. They also checked an engine light I had on and wrote down the code so I could look into it. Definitely recommend! read more

I am on A 2 Week road with three little children and my tire light kept coming on. When I checked the pressure everything looked OK but I realized that one of the caps on my tire was missing. I drove into Big O Tires because I didn't want to keep going in case something was wrong with my tires. The guys were so helpful and nice. They came out and checked my tires and gave me a cap. When I asked how much I owed they told me I didn't owe anything! They said they just wanted to make sure everything was safe since we were on the road. Had a flat on my horse trailer and no spare. 3 hr wait at Walmart so I show up at this business 45min before closing time. Explained my situation of having horses waiting for me in the trailer And they agreed to get right on it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and almost back on the road unfortunately another tire was flat when I made it back to the trailer. I would have loved to come back to big O's but they were closed for the day so had to settle for Sam's. Big O's price was less than Sam's but in my situation I had to take what I could get. read more

Went and purchased a full set of tires they had them in stock. There was kind of along wait but I got 4 tires and an alignment and took about 4 hours, the price was very reasonable won't need it for awhile but when I need tires this is where I will be going. read more

I ordered tires from them on Saturday, which they said they would order on Monday to arrive that Wednesday. They forgot to order them. They said the warehouse 'didn't get the order'. Whatever. I ordered some from Tire Rack to be sent to Tire Tracks in Springdale. Even after installation fees, the tires were $15 cheaper a tire. Lonnie took my order at Big O. Bought 70k mile tires from them. Bought the tires they recommended. After 40k miles they were showing the wear line. Followed their instructions on rotation etc. and brought in papers/receipt to prove. They would not do anything. If they had even offered $100 off a new set I would have bought more, but they were rude and said I must have over or under inflated the tires. Found out since that others have had the same problem. Way over priced and poor service. I bought four tires for my Jeep and asked for regular highway tires that looked rugged. They gave me four off-road tires that were loud and gas guzzlers. When I went back to exchange, they told me my tires were worth only $200. I paid $1100 for them. read more

Big O damaged my vehicle while in their shop and will not fix. They have broken my ignition and will not take responsibility. Have called corporate and still no progress made. I can't get any information from these people and have been out of a vehicle for 5 days now. On top of that, they locked my keys in the car. Would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO TO BIG O unless you want someone to turn the key too far into your ignition until the thing breaks and then claim you didn't warn them. I have been given the run-around all week. We have been to this location several times without issue, but I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this shop. read more
