He was so fantastic I paid for an extra massage while I got my manicure! 5. They are honest when it comes to wait times. We had appointments and they took us right away, but they didn't tell the walk ins it would be 10 minutes when the wait was really like 35-40. Totally respect that. 6. Everyone was super nice. Things that make me not want to come back: 1. The price, I found them to be expensive. 2. I wanted to add the value remover to the pedicure but I would have had to pay and extra $30 to get upgraded to the super deluxe pedicure. You should be able to just add it for another $5-$10. 3. I was never asked what type of scent I wanted for my pedicure, but thankfully she chose the one I would have wanted if she did ask! 4. The result of my manicure was just ok. Nothing special and a little sloppy around my cuticles. Overall I did enjoy my time there with my cousin, so if I am to ever be in the area again and needed a mani/pedi I would probably see them again..

Recently, I've come to find that I am blocked. Why? I used my friend's number and they picked up on the first ring. The receptionist refused to book me. I called again and spoke with the manager. The manager states that because I missed one appointment and my nail tech Sherry refuses to see me. There's been no communication to me, no follow up to see if I was running late or if forgot altogether on her part. The manager offered another nail tech but after this treatment- I have no desire to go back. Two years of consistency and now I'm black listed for one missed appointment? I am very offended that this is the way they treat a recurring customer.

I tend to like my nails on the shorter side which can be difficult to explain sometimes but there was no issue with getting the length I want.
