He offered 10% off but I refused, and he said I should give him 30 minutes to come by the store. I came back after one hour and he still didn't show up. I ask for the manager's (and owner I think) name and number, Terrence, and was told that he does not give out his number but he would call me back. A full week has passed and NO one has yet to call me. I also was asked to Cashapp the payment for the services, which was a bit weird. Most businesses will accept credit cards. I do plan to pickup my comforter today and hope there is no additional damage! But save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaners.
