She left a note for the owner to call me so we can discuss the price. This man did not call me and charged me $250 + tax. I told them I wasn't paying that much for dry cleaning a dress and because he didn't call me to discuss the price before assuming I was going to pay that much for it. The first time the lady only put the solution on the neck and they didn't complete the rest. I was not charged and was told to bring it back. My instructions were dry clean only because the material fades . Well they washed my robe in the white is faded pink most especially the velcro . The man that I spoke with on the phone said bring it back and we will fix it . Those were his words I picked my robe up today and the robe is still pink . The lady that was called made it seem like I was a liar and that she told me that he could fade Which is far from the truth . I could have taken it to the cleaners that I normally go to which has never faded my robe . Now I'm out over $500 because I'm going to have to purchase another road to replace this one . No one wants to be embarrassed by wearing an inferior garment when they are going to praise God . Just think of how bad it's going to look my role being faded and pink where it should be white and everybody else being pristine and pure white . There was no apology I was charged $30 and I only paid it because I still need the robe until I can afford to buy a new one . If you know what I know do not go to this cleaners you will be sadly disappointed . I only wish I could share a picture of what they did to my road . The lady accused me of lying and I know I didn't but God knows the truth .
