I have never had an issue with this cleaners and my clothes have always been handled with care and come out crisp and clean. I have also had alterations done here, so this location does more than just clean your clothes. One great plus is that they have same day service Monday-Friday if your clothes are dropped by 9:30a and if not, than they will be ready the next day! So why the 3 stars? Well, the prices always seem to change, it's a tad dirty (ironic for a cleaners, I know), they sometimes don't want to take cash, and they get lazy with wanting to set up new accounts if someone in your same household already has an account. The main service of cleaning/altering my clothes gets 5 stars, but the other factors decreased their score. If you live in the area and want to try them out, go ahead. I approve.

The first time the lady only put the solution on the neck and they didn't complete the rest. I was not charged and was told to bring it back. My instructions were dry clean only because the material fades . Well they washed my robe in the white is faded pink most especially the velcro . The man that I spoke with on the phone said bring it back and we will fix it . Those were his words I picked my robe up today and the robe is still pink . The lady that was called made it seem like I was a liar and that she told me that he could fade Which is far from the truth . I could have taken it to the cleaners that I normally go to which has never faded my robe . Now I'm out over $500 because I'm going to have to purchase another road to replace this one . No one wants to be embarrassed by wearing an inferior garment when they are going to praise God . Just think of how bad it's going to look my role being faded and pink where it should be white and everybody else being pristine and pure white . There was no apology I was charged $30 and I only paid it because I still need the robe until I can afford to buy a new one . I ask for the manager's (and owner I think) name and number, Terrence, and was told that he does not give out his number but he would call me back. I do plan to pickup my comforter today and hope there is no additional damage! But save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaners.
