Horrible experience. My items are severely damaged. I took a wool coat that is severely pilled, dirty with a substance, and came back with a hole. Another coat all the fibers completely ripped out. scarf holes and loose fibers. The damage is extensive. read more

This was my first time using Tide Cleaners, and they made a strong impression. The staff welcomed me in without any fuss, the place felt organized and calm, and the whole process was easier than I expected. My clothes came back looking great, pressed well, and handled with real care. As a new customer, that kind of consistency builds trust fast. If you're looking for a reliable cleaner that treats both you and your clothes well, this is a solid choice. I'll definitely be returning. read more

I used Yelp to find a dry cleaner nearby and Tide Cleaners appeared during the search. Ratings were decent and comments were mainly positive. I didn't use the valet drive-thru and walked in. The staff member was very friendly, signed me up to use the website to check status of my shirts, and pointed out a stain on one of my shirts. Overall, a good experience so far at this stage. I prefer medium starch on my shirts and am looking forward to using Tide Cleaners again. read more

I usually don't come to this one. The Brice Knoll location is closer and more convenient since they have the kiosk. This location doesn't utilize a kiosk, they have a locker system that you have to call and request they put your completed items in. They do the actual cleaning here and items get don't faster since your cutting out the middle man of Brice Knoll's location only handling billing. read more

Easy drop off before work and easy pick up after. I dropped off two shirts that were done the next day. If there are problems with the shirts, I'll update, but they look great to me. Update, I changed my rating. Once taking the plastic off, I saw that none of the stains on the collar were removed. I think I will find a smaller dry cleaner to use in the future who will pay attention to details. I will use here if I need something fast and not in depth. read more

Came to drop off some items I had during a wedding. One of my jackets had a mysterious hard to remove stain, which I found out at drop off was red wine. I was devastated because I had just bought the jacket and wanted to keep it as a staple item. The gentleman checking me in was super nice and was very informative. The staff said they would do their best to remove the many stains, and to my surprise, they did! I was so happy. They also have an app you can download to track the progress of your dry cleaning and some coupons you can use. I was able to use a 25% off code as a first time customer. I would say overall the pricing of their services were reasonable. I don't frequent the dry cleaners, but it's nice that they have lots of coupons you can use for dropping off multiple items. Always here for a good deal. 5 stars for great service! read more

I went here on a Sunday. I needed two dresses dry cleaned by Thursday. When I arrived there was plenty of parking. On Sunday they closed at 3pm. I asked the gentleman how long it would take for my dresses to get cleaned he said I would have them by Tuesday after 5pm. Which was great for me. I got an email Monday afternoon stating my dresses were ready for pickup. I was shocked they were done that quickly that place looked very busy. My dresses came out looking good. I wasn't able to pick up the dresses myself my fiancé picked up my dresses I gave him the receipt and he was able to pick them up for me. The prices were very reasonable to get items cleaned. My dresses were $17 each to get cleaned. When I need something dry cleaned again this place is where I will go. read more

The service the Quality it was very convenient and not like a lot of cleaners they're open on Sundays

Give Mary a raise!!! She was so sweet and so nice! I went in today for the first time and she made this so easy and digestible. I'm young and still new to getting dry cleaning done for work and she made everything simple and easy to understand. And she did it with a smile on her face! We need more people in this world like Mary read more

I really appreciate the attention to detail offered by the current staff at this location. Specifically, Shelly has been great! She responded to my concerns about my husband's shirts still being wrinkled and helped make sure that I was accessing the ap to get my coupons. This cleaners was also able to get a chocolate stain out of a new dress that my previous cleaners weren't able to remove. The previous staff (students) were nice but not as on top of things. This is now my go-to cleaners. read more

I always drive past this place and I never knew if it was open or not, but to my surprise it was open and they were very accommodating. I had some nice hoodies that I needed to get dry clean because I didn't want to put them in the washer in the dryer my home the process was easy. It wasn't very expensive and I got my clothes back within 24 hours, I'll definitely be utilizing their services again in the future read more

Quick and love the valet service very convenient! Definitely recommend this tide location wishing that there was more ride locations all over charlotte. read more

This location ruined my suit and now trying "NOT" to pay for their damages. The lack of respect and follow up customer service is not excepted. I use to sing praises about this business, but the truth about customer service comes to the rise when things go bad. It's the way a business should rebound and make things right after a bad situation. Tide just a long time customer for life ! read more

Let's all marvel at the wonder and beauty that is the Tide Dry Cleaners, shall we? I was instantly set on trying the place thanks to the recommendation of my friend when she told me they come out to your car to take your clothes. I mean, S-O-L-D. On my first visit, I HAD to try the valet service and the attendant came out immediately, handed me a quick little form to fill out since it was my first time and kindly informed me of when my clothes would be ready. In addition to that, as a first timer, I got 50% off my order. Not to mention, my clothes smelled and FELT clean. This part is major for me because with other standard dry cleaners, I'm not usually impressed with the quality of the dry clean. Thanks to all that I've described, I've been back to Tide on multiple occasions and I always receive courteous, efficient service. Plus, it smells clean inside! (seriously, what is with the smell that's at typical dry cleaners? is it due to chemicals?) I'd recommend signing up for the rewards program (ask one of the employees) so you can get points, email notifications, and coupons! read more

If only Tide could clean Everything in life. How I love Tide, let me count the ways.... It's pretty. It smells good. They're friendly. There's a drive through. They email you when your items are ready. I want tide to clean my home, my car, my hair, Everything. I used Tide for the first time after a $2.50 dry cleaner that shall remain nameless left two of my dresses in shambles. Tide took them in and showed the dresses the TLC they needed, reviving their look and life. On another occasion, I called to see if they could clean my floor mats. Where others said "NO" (no questions asked), Tide said they would give it a try, but they couldn't guarantee that oil stains would be removed. THAT is the customer service I'm looking for. That they would TRY at least. I got my floor mats back and they were spotless, no stains or anything and it seemed as though the plastic bag they put them in was custom made for the floor mats. Just an extra touch. I didn't mind paying roughly $25 for the job. Tide will cost you just a tiny bit more than most dry cleaners, but it is worth every single penny. They do the work on site and pay attention to detail. Highly recommended for items you shouldn't cheapo out of. read more

Put my clothing in a tide neighborhood locker and placed an order for a wedding. A week went by and they failed to tell me they didn't have staff so suspended service. I got a $10 credit for future service though...should they ever return. Looked like crap at the wedding. read more

We had an unfortunate incident where our neighborhood had a power outage on a big work day. With that outage I was unable to iron my dress. At the last minute I called them and they said that they could iron my dress for me. That was so appreciated. When I arrived they dropped everything to help me, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! You have to love good people. My daughter will get her wedding dress cleaned here. read more

I've been going 30 mins out of my way to go here due to the night drop off that's convenient. However, recently they LOST a pair of my suit pants when I dropped off 8 items in my bag in the nightly deposit and they acted like they couldn't care less. These pants were $250, gone. That was the last time I used them. Some of the reviews below read like employees wrote them. read more

This place really is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about it. The staff is super pleasant and helpful. love the valet feature especially when I have a cranktastic toddler in the car watching Thomas and only Thomas because only Thomas will do...sigh. But I digress... I even happened upon donut day the other morning. (PS when does that happen...seriously...I want to plan my next drop off) When you are as prone to decorating your clothes with food drippings as I, you need a reliable place to handle the extra "accessories" I add to my clothes. As others have mentioned the 50% off coupon for first timers is amazing! (I let mine pile up for my first visit...sorry guys.) The clothes smell clean. The store is bright and welcoming and you can even buy Tide products in store-eliminating one more stop at the Teeter. (Great cross marketing guys!) I am excited to ask about the "frequent-flyer" for emails and coupons! Now if they would just send someone to my house to do my regular laundry....kidding...not really. read more

I had driven past Tide Dry Cleaners a number of times and finally decided to try it out. I brought in a bunch of shirts, three pairs of pants and two coats for my boyfriend. To my surprise if you are a new customer you receive 50% off your first visit. They do an excellent job. As soon as your clothes are done they send you an email notification letting you know it's ready. I dropped the clothes off on Thursday around 10:30 and they were done the next day. They even have the option for 24 hour service (drop box and lockers). They compare it to the simplicity of an ATM, but for your dry cleaning. For more information on their services definitely check out their website or stop by and see their exceptional staff. I can't wait to see more locations pop up in the Charlotte area. read more

The Bottom Line: Clean. Professional. Very attentive to details. I got tired of other dry cleaners burning my french cuffs and handing me cleaned clothes that seemed to need a decent ironing. I'm so happy I made the change. I love the 24-hour drop-off facility. Couple that with the staff, how delicate garments are handled and the price, I am a very happy customer. read more

Not only do they support the local community but also offer good customer service! While dropping off some dry cleaning on our way out of town we had to adjust our bikes in the car. Unfortunately some bike grease got on my light blue pants ( 1 of 2 I packed). I ran inside to see what I could get from Tide and Jaren offered to clean my pants! Big thanks to the team, Jaren, Terra and Holland! read more

AMAZING customer service! I wouldn't take my dry cleaning anywhere else and I love the way my clothes smell. Shaun is exceptional!

Stay clear of this place if you need fluff and fold service. Way over priced and when I got my clothes back they look like they were folded by a two year old. Everything so wrinkled I had to take them somewhere else to get re-washed. Can't believe a big company like Tide puts their name on this place. read more

If dry cleaning is a chore (if, who am I kidding?), Tide Dry Cleaners does everything to make it your favorite chore. We have used Tide Dry Cleaners a few times for comforters and other dry clean only items around the house and have always been pleased with the outcome. This most recent time though, when we got home we noticed the comforter we had cleaned didn't come out as well as it should. The dog smell was still present. I drove it back on the way to work and they took care of it, no questions asked and apologized for the mistake. No one is perfect, but when you make a mistake and stand behind the issue, it shows you are there to service your customers! read more

This is the best cleaners in America! No doubt or lies about this. They are excellent here. They make my shirts look brand new. No exaggeration. Every time I visit Charlotte this is the first place I go to. I will literally bring all of my dress shirts from home to this place and get them cleaned. The head lady over cleaning is awesome. Her name starts with a J. Prices are great also. A++++ read more

Dropped my clothes off on Saturday and was told the would be ready by 5 on Monday. I came back around 6 PM Monday night to pick my clothes up and was told some of my clothes were not finished and that the employees working did not know how to handle certain materials, the shirts were made of Chiffon and had beads which is not rare. On top of that their conveyor belt broke and I had to sit there for 45 minutes while they figured out how to fix it. Overall, very unprofessional and made me insecure about the people handling my work clothes. This business is too expensive to be this unprofessional. read more

It has been 6 months since this incident with this company. After receiving a response that they were investigating my complaint, I have yet to hear from anyone from Tide Dry Cleaning regarding what action they will take regarding our drapes. Decided to try this place, since their hours are better than my regular cleaners. I asked to have all of my stuff dry cleaned, and they laundered one of my shirts. So here I am getting ready to go on a job interview, uncovered my shirt, and there were three stains on the front of it. Does anyone pay attention to what they're doing? So I took the shirt back, and guess what, the stains are still there!! I'm done with Tide cleaners!! And am going back to Collins Cleaners - where I have never had a problem!!! I've been having my clothing dry cleaned for years, and this is the first time I have had to take something back. You would think a "little extra" attention would be placed on a returned item. read more

Well, I got a response after my review from (I guess) corporate who wanted my info so the manager at this location could discuss my issue. I haven't heard a peep out of them. Too bad, because I have about 10 things I need to have altered and I normally would take my things there (even though they TOTALLY overcharge for it), but I'm going ANYWHERE else. Ugh. read more

This Charlotte facility is more of a wash and fold than a cleaners from my perspective. The clothes were just washed which I'm used to having pressed. What a great place!! Pull-up valet service, same day pickup and polite / courteous staff. Steps ahead of other dry cleaners in the area.

I have for the last 3 years taken my work clothes at this location because it's conveniently located for me. I work corporate so I spend roughly $60/ month to have my pants dry cleaned and shirts laundered and ironed. Lately I have been noticing my shirts kept losing color with every visit. I had to get rid of a shirt that I had only worn about 4 times because of the discoloring that looked was from the excessively hot iron plate. All the areas where the iron plate touched turned from a checked black into some grey that looked old. Before I threw the shirt away, I wore it one last time on my way to take the next round of dry cleaning so I could show the workers and ask if something could be done so the rest of my shirts don't suffer the same fate. I found a young female employee. She was kind and nice as always. She then called a male employee who introduced himself as the manager. The female employee made an introduction and stated my concern. The manager just shrugged it off. Seemed like he was dismissing the issue. I did not press. I left after the laundry that I had brought with me. Fast forward to this morning 03/12/2018. I was on my way to work. Had taken with me my usual load for the month. When I take my clothes I never leave my car for pickup or drop offs. Only time was when I wore the messed up shirt and today. At the counter I found the male employee who in October of last year had introduced himself as the manager. As he was receiving my clothes, I said good morning and asked if I could ask for his opinion on something. I raised the concern that my shirts were losing color with every visit which I thought could be from the ironing process. I just got 2 new polo shirts that I have not worn and so was concerned they would start losing color. He looked up at me and told me, un provoked that "maybe you should take yours shirts somewhere else". I was shocked coz I had been very polite in raising my concern. I just looked at him in shock. When he realized what he had told me he started explaining to me how the ironing is done but at that point I could not hear anything else. I collected my clothes and I told him that I understood. I will take my clothes some place else. Not sure why this manger treated me in such a manner especially seeing that I was a regular customer. He had already pulled my account when I asked for his opinion. Now am out shopping for cleaners who treat customers with a little courtesy. If anyone knows "else where" where I can get help, please hit me back. I live in the university area read more
