The staff member was very friendly, signed me up to use the website to check status of my shirts, and pointed out a stain on one of my shirts. Overall, a good experience so far at this stage. This location doesn't utilize a kiosk, they have a locker system that you have to call and request they put your completed items in. Easy drop off before work and easy pick up after. I dropped off two shirts that were done the next day. If there are problems with the shirts, I'll update, but they look great to me. Update, I changed my rating. Once taking the plastic off, I saw that none of the stains on the collar were removed. Came to drop off some items I had during a wedding. One of my jackets had a mysterious hard to remove stain, which I found out at drop off was red wine. I was devastated because I had just bought the jacket and wanted to keep it as a staple item. The gentleman checking me in was super nice and was very informative. The staff said they would do their best to remove the many stains, and to my surprise, they did! I was so happy. They also have an app you can download to track the progress of your dry cleaning and some coupons you can use. I was able to use a 25% off code as a first time customer. I would say overall the pricing of their services were reasonable. I don't frequent the dry cleaners, but it's nice that they have lots of coupons you can use for dropping off multiple items. I went here on a Sunday. I needed two dresses dry cleaned by Thursday. When I arrived there was plenty of parking. On Sunday they closed at 3pm. I asked the gentleman how long it would take for my dresses to get cleaned he said I would have them by Tuesday after 5pm. Which was great for me. I got an email Monday afternoon stating my dresses were ready for pickup. I was shocked they were done that quickly that place looked very busy. My dresses came out looking good. I wasn't able to pick up the dresses myself my fiancé picked up my dresses I gave him the receipt and he was able to pick them up for me. The prices were very reasonable to get items cleaned. My dresses were $17 each to get cleaned. When I need something dry cleaned again this place is where I will go. read more

I really appreciate the attention to detail offered by the current staff at this location. Specifically, Shelly has been great! She responded to my concerns about my husband's shirts still being wrinkled and helped make sure that I was accessing the ap to get my coupons. I was instantly set on trying the place thanks to the recommendation of my friend when she told me they come out to your car to take your clothes. I mean, S-O-L-D. On my first visit, I HAD to try the valet service and the attendant came out immediately, handed me a quick little form to fill out since it was my first time and kindly informed me of when my clothes would be ready. In addition to that, as a first timer, I got 50% off my order. Not to mention, my clothes smelled and FELT clean. This part is major for me because with other standard dry cleaners, I'm not usually impressed with the quality of the dry clean. Thanks to all that I've described, I've been back to Tide on multiple occasions and I always receive courteous, efficient service. Plus, it smells clean inside! (seriously, what is with the smell that's at typical dry cleaners? is it due to chemicals?) They email you when your items are ready. I want tide to clean my home, my car, my hair, Everything. I used Tide for the first time after a $2.50 dry cleaner that shall remain nameless left two of my dresses in shambles. Tide took them in and showed the dresses the TLC they needed, reviving their look and life. On another occasion, I called to see if they could clean my floor mats. Where others said "NO" (no questions asked), Tide said they would give it a try, but they couldn't guarantee that oil stains would be removed. THAT is the customer service I'm looking for. That they would TRY at least. I got my floor mats back and they were spotless, no stains or anything and it seemed as though the plastic bag they put them in was custom made for the floor mats. Just an extra touch. I didn't mind paying roughly $25 for the job. Tide will cost you just a tiny bit more than most dry cleaners, but it is worth every single penny. As soon as your clothes are done they send you an email notification letting you know it's ready. I dropped the clothes off on Thursday around 10:30 and they were done the next day. They even have the option for 24 hour service (drop box and lockers). They compare it to the simplicity of an ATM, but for your dry cleaning. This most recent time though, when we got home we noticed the comforter we had cleaned didn't come out as well as it should. The dog smell was still present. Dropped my clothes off on Saturday and was told the would be ready by 5 on Monday. I came back around 6 PM Monday night to pick my clothes up and was told some of my clothes were not finished and that the employees working did not know how to handle certain materials, the shirts were made of Chiffon and had beads which is not rare. On top of that their conveyor belt broke and I had to sit there for 45 minutes while they figured out how to fix it. This Charlotte facility is more of a wash and fold than a cleaners from my perspective. The clothes were just washed which I'm used to having pressed. Other than 2 shrunken shirts that clearly stated dry clean only, not bad they smelled nice. This facility isn't for me, I personally prefer my clothes pressed. read more

I have for the last 3 years taken my work clothes at this location because it's conveniently located for me. I work corporate so I spend roughly $60/ month to have my pants dry cleaned and shirts laundered and ironed. Lately I have been noticing my shirts kept losing color with every visit. I had to get rid of a shirt that I had only worn about 4 times because of the discoloring that looked was from the excessively hot iron plate. All the areas where the iron plate touched turned from a checked black into some grey that looked old. Before I threw the shirt away, I wore it one last time on my way to take the next round of dry cleaning so I could show the workers and ask if something could be done so the rest of my shirts don't suffer the same fate. I found a young female employee. She was kind and nice as always. She then called a male employee who introduced himself as the manager. The female employee made an introduction and stated my concern. The manager just shrugged it off. Seemed like he was dismissing the issue. I did not press. I left after the laundry that I had brought with me. Fast forward to this morning 03/12/2018. I was on my way to work. Had taken with me my usual load for the month. When I take my clothes I never leave my car for pickup or drop offs. Only time was when I wore the messed up shirt and today. At the counter I found the male employee who in October of last year had introduced himself as the manager. As he was receiving my clothes, I said good morning and asked if I could ask for his opinion on something. I raised the concern that my shirts were losing color with every visit which I thought could be from the ironing process. I just got 2 new polo shirts that I have not worn and so was concerned they would start losing color. He looked up at me and told me, un provoked that "maybe you should take yours shirts somewhere else". I was shocked coz I had been very polite in raising my concern. I just looked at him in shock. When he realized what he had told me he started explaining to me how the ironing is done but at that point I could not hear anything else. I collected my clothes and I told him that I understood. I will take my clothes some place else. Not sure why this manger treated me in such a manner especially seeing that I was a regular customer. He had already pulled my account when I asked for his opinion. Now am out shopping for cleaners who treat customers with a little courtesy.
