He offered 10% off but I refused, and he said I should give him 30 minutes to come by the store. I came back after one hour and he still didn't show up. My home is 5600 sq ft and a deep clean typically takes 4-6 hours with two people. She was there about 2 hours when I told her I'd be picking my son up from school. I told her I'd be in and out of the house all afternoon but would put the $700 cash on the counter in the off chance I'd stepped out when she finished. 15 minutes after I left she packed up, took the money, and left. My house was filthy. She cleaned half the house and left. In no way, shape, or form was my house deep cleaned. It wasn't even a standard level of cleaning. The tubs were filled with dust, appliances not cleaned, floor was filthy, trash not taken out. I sent her a text when I got home asking why she didn't clean the other half of the house. A few hours later she texted me back and claimed she left to get drinks and her phone died. I have multiple texts from her admitting to leaving without finishing the clean all while taking the $700. She asked if she could come back to finish the next day after I called her out for taking the money but at that point I wasn't comfortable having her back in my home.
