I gave the alterations an extra day and drove over 40 miles to pick up the clothes. After not finding my order the owner went to check with the alterations person. He came out and told me they weren't ready and didn't say when they would be. I expressed that I was told I could pick up my order on Tuesday the 25th and it is now Wednesday afternoon? Again zero information of when a "Non-VIP Customer" could pick-up their clothes. The owners resolve was to refund my money! Not I apologize and will get right on it. No I got the covid excuse of why they couldn't call me to let me know it would be delayed and when I could expect to pick up my clothes. Needless to say I accepted the refund and initially was charged again for the order and the owner had a staff member correct the error to the error. I understand that the options for high end clothing is minimal at best in Tyler and Harley's doesn't need new clients to shop in their store. So, old money this store caters to you as your alterations can be completed within one to two days. For the rest of us willing to pay top dollar for clothing well good luck.

I think it was a dad and son shop, it was funny cuz they were trying to catch this lizard when I pulled up. the only gripe I have is that I noticed that a staple was poking through and I ended up having to find a cobbler to take it out for me. They said they'd repair it and ship it back for free but I was drove from outta and didn't wanna go through the hassle. It was just cheaper to pay a cobbler. The boots were high quality and I'm considering buying another pair from them considering the minor defect. They did have all the accessories you need to wash and clean your boots so I bought that stuff too. Also I wished they'd offer the boot savers when I originally bought the boots cuz I would've paid extra to put them on but I was unaware that was offered at my local cobbler. Most likely I'll return
