Safely! Safety!…read more Safely safe! I love this place because no matter how many rounds of ammunition is going off around me, these people put safety first. Of course you have liability waivers to fill out, but that's expected. What was not expected how much friendly and detailed safety, gun handling, stance work, thought, attention to detail, etc., was given to you throughout your stay. If you have your own weapons, they do not try to up sell you on anything. The suggestions they give comes with explanations and are logical. I'll leave it at this, if you want a safe environment to learn about weapons, with a highly competent staff, this is the place to go. I saw archery stuff to go with the plethora of gun stuff that's all around. I like the many hunting trophies that are around the place as well. I can't wait to go back and try the outdoor shooting range, as well as target practice inside.

Our Youth Fellowship went to the ranch for a Youth Retreat this past weekend (July 8-10) and had a…read moregreat time! The staff was the best I have ever seen and although they were young they were the most dedicated and dependable people. They went above and beyond and were willing to help in anyway possible. They checked up on us all the time and let us do our Retreat our way. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 60 but we did have to get hotel accommodations for our Married couples that were not able to stay at the campsite with their kids. The facilities were clean and for a small retreat site had lots to offer. They had Archery, BB Guns, Canoeing, Rock Climbing and Zipline. They have a really awesome lake that you can swim in as well. The Worship Center was really awesome and had rooms for different sessions on the second floor. They had a brand new A/V system and everything was set up for us when we got there. The staff was again the best I have ever seen because they set up a campfire, joined in the singing then took us on a hay ride. We also had a impromptu dance night at the outdoor dance floor and they taught our young kids some line dancing and the dance from Footloose. Our group definitely will be using the retreat site again because of the location, staff and accommodations.

My wife went to the shelf and they had restocked the item and asked if we could just get the one available at the store since they couldn't find it. They said that it might come in at a later time. They refused to give me the product which I already paid for and drove 50 miles to get. This was a display of lack luster customer support. I now have to drive 50 miles back to Academy, whenever they decide to give me my item.
