Not bad but I've had better at a hs concession stand. Side of ranch is .75 and comes in the smallest container and it came out either fully frozen or partially frozen on two occasions. Fries have come out cold multiple times. The queso tastes good but for the price the portion sizes suck. I have come in on a slow day, a medium ish day and a busy day, and EACH time the food takes 40+ minutes to come out and they blame it on them being busy. That excuse might work for the busy night, but you cannot you being busy as the excuse for the poor quality of food and timely service on the other two. At this point a food inspector needs to come by and ensure they are storing food properly and cooking the food to its proper temperature/ keeping it in a warming area before someone gets sick for the lack of consistency. If you're okay with food microwaved to be reheated and overpaying then this place is okay, but it could be better.

He initially fixed my mother-in-law house last September and claim to have installed 24 piers throughout the whole house to remedy the foundation issue, cost us $7,000. Last month, we saw more cracks throughout the whole house and he came out to re-accessed the foundation and quoted us another $10,500! He didn't even provide paperwork for this quote, he just eyed it! Also, he indicated the other side of the home needed more piers to fix the foundation and claim it was a drainage issue in the back yard that causing the foundation movement, which he never disclosed from the get go. The first job was supposed to address the whole entire house but he lied and did one side! After close inspection and speaking with other professionals, we discovered Mike and his company has a shady reputation of half-assing their work and baiting people in with a first low quote and coming back charging more. To matter worse, he never gave us a schematic of the work order. When asked for the original schematic, he refused to give us one and claim to not have a copy! He also changed his corporation name from Rite Way to Trust Foundation, a big red flag! Shame on you and your company for taking advantage of my elderly mother. We will be suing you! We will be reporting you to the State of Texas and City of Tyler!

I stopped 15 minutes down the road to fuel the boat up and noticed where they ran something into the bump rail one the front of the boat. It ripped the rail, cracked the fiberglass, etc. I called them immediately and they started a review process. They supposedly looked at all their camera footage and said nope, we didn't do it. ABSOLUTE BS. I'm sure they get people blaming them for stuff they didn't do but I am not one of those people. Now I am stuck with getting it repaired myself. If they have footage of every minute the boat was there, they would see it happened there. As a side note, you couldn't damage the boat while it was on my truck with where the damage was. It has to be disconnected from the vehicle for this damage to happen. Oh, also, the boat had greasy hand prints on it. In itself, not a big deal but when you consider that, and arguing with me, they do not care about their customers. I am cancelling my Cabela's card and will never shop their again.
