They have been our advocates in raising three children, the oldest of whom is 17. Dr. Nam has walked us through physical sicknesses, allergies, the rough pre-teen hormonal years and rougher teenage hormonal years, the mental health challenges that accompany those hormonal years, and supported us when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. At every turn, we have been treated with joy and respect--and I say joy because you get the impression the doctors/nurses here are always happy to see us and the children. That is how Dr. Nam has made us feel each time. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Even after we moved, we continued to stay with WC pediatrics because of the amazing care our children have received.

The therapists and front office staff deserve five stars. Leadership's approach to families does…read morenot. As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.

We finally got a good match and they "switched departments". Then they started saying I had to move my time due to scheduling conflicts even though we had waited 2 years to get the time slot we had. We got moved with a new SLP and I complained that they kept canceling and rescheduling. I can only assume they were double booking so instead of taking accountability for their poor planning, they decided to discontinue services simply because i advocated for my daughter. They dont seem to care about the children, they just want their paycheck

Her availability has saved us from unnecessary ER visits many times! She also makes house calls for the first few newborn visits, which is such a gift in those early months of parenthood. She's exactly the person you want in your corner as a new mom. Her office is welcoming, kid-focused, and warm. A special touch we love is her well-trained dog who joins visits--this has made vaccines so much easier for our kids! I cannot recommend Dr. Maria enough. Nan's particular talent lies in using her occupational therapy skills to help children meet physical challenges with newfound emotional tools. This process will assist your child in modifying maladaptive coping skills. I highly recommend trying OT behavioral modification for young boys, prior to outpatient treatment with a child psychologist. Asking a young boy to sit still in a chair and talk about his feelings is a challenge in and of itself, much less a kid who physically cannot remain calm. Most private insurance covers this treatment. Unfortunately, I had Kaiser insurance and had to pay out of pocket. Nan's rates are not prohibitive however, and ten sessions could easily transform your challenging son into the precious young man, you are determined to reach.

Our district contracted with your organization, and at the time of enrollment, we and our district were not made aware of the strict two-year contract policy that restricts the RBT from continuing to work with the same student. Allow me to provide some context. My son is a 17-year-old nonverbal individual with severe autism. He is extremely shy and requires a significant amount of time to build trust with someone before they can enter his personal space. Unfortunately, during my recent meeting with Dale Young, it became evident that no exceptions could be made to extend the contract of the current RBT with whom my son has developed a strong bond and trust. He kept stating that he firmly believes that it's important that they are able to work with others we agree as well we are seasoned parents. He's 17. There is rotation happening already in the classroom everyday. I just wanted him to have the best last two years of high school as possible and not have to have a transition happened twice. So at the end of the day, your company and Dale Young do not taken to consideration of the individual human. By this decision by Dale Young and your policy is going to cause extreme regression and depression anxiety on my 17 year-old son. I left the meeting with feeling like I was talking to a AI.
