IMHO customer service since Covid has been severely lacking and I've been getting despondent about how miserable or bored service providers seem to have got. However visiting yesterday gave me faith that just maybe the future of retail might be getting brighter. The person at the register was responsive, polite, helpful and offered suggestions. I had another query and whilst I left my daughter at the register whilst our items were ringing up, I quickly found another advisor to ask a question. He immediately knew what I was looking for and walked me to the aisle but said he thought I may have to go elsewhere as they don't have much demand for it (edible glitter!) Free delivery of balloons if you spend over $50 which is wonderful and was booked in there and then. As a mum, I'm running around like a crazy thing and it's so great to have at least one 'chore' made easy. Thanks guys
