They walked us through how to pick out colors and use the tools and would loop back every once in a while to make sure we were doing well and to answer questions. We have a wide range of ability in our group (aged 18 to 82) and I know we can be very loud but they were very kind and patient with us. Once we got used to the technique with the glass cutters, we ended up very happy with our pieces and the experience as a whole. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and everything was cross stitch and to top that cupcake off the have genuinely knowledgeable staff and very very kind. The owner of the store is very hands on and friendly and makes you feel like she is welcoming you into her own home. I am going back there today and I am very excited.
