They do not communicate this properly as well. Some associates are lovely and others do not show common sense or good customer service skills. They consistently do not take cars in the order they showed up in the drive through pharmacy line. You typically will spend around 20 minutes waiting per car in the drive through pharmacy line. I think I'm done here. It's time to switch! Don't waste your time is my opinion.

Truly Outstanding Service and Warranty I purchased this…read moreReliance 50 gallon hot water heater about eight years prior with a nine year warranty covering both parts and labor . Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary. In summary and in brief, they truly are the best.
