I also enjoy the Les mills classes, a workout program which I had previously never heard of before coming to UCSF gym. Body pump in particular is a great beginner weightlifting class for someone like me who I was intimidated by lifting weights. Everyone is very considerate about wiping down equipment, which I appreciate. I guess that's hospital gym culture!
