If you're looking for a spot that feels like a true alpine escape in the heart of the pedestrian village, this is it. I ordered the Montagnard Burger, and it was exactly what I needed after a few runs. The patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and held up perfectly in the bun. I paired it with the garlic fries, which were a standout--perfectly crispy with just the right amount of garlic punch. The real showstopper, however, was the CHALUMEAU. This isn't just a drink; it's a full experience. It's a rich, warming blend of Canadian maple whisky, Coureur des Bois, Frangelico, and a sharp hit of espresso. It's topped with a mountain of whipped cream and coffee beans, making it the ultimate "pick-me-up" for a cold day. The restaurant has a great energy--buzzing but still comfortable. The "journal" style food liners and the wooden interiors really lean into the heritage feel of Mont-Tremblant. Pro Tip: Definitely try the Chalumeau if you're a fan of espresso martinis or spiked coffees; it's easily one of the best après-ski drinks in the village!

Pleasant to look at but definitely could've used a larger cup. The atmosphere was very cool in the weight staff was very quick considering the large crowd.

This O'Brien's is the second location, the first is on Heron at Bank St. I had the Shish Tawook platter $12.95. It was chicken brochettes with salad, rice, hummus and a pita. The chicken was lean breast meat, which I liked. I got 7 cubes and they were tender and flavourful. The brochettes also had red and green peppers in them and the peppers were good as well. I liked that the rice was not oily or greasy. It was long grain rice, soft, fluffy and nicely seasoned. The salad was romaine lettuce with cucumbers and carrots. It was dressed with a tzatziki-like sauce. It was good, but too much dressing for my tastes. I forgot to request dressing on the side. The pita was a standard small pita cut into quarters. It was fresh. The hummus was smooth and garlicky. Service was very friendly and efficient. My server was Cheryl and she was such a doll. Even complimented me on my hair :) Which lead us to a conversation on hair styling implements. Hair, makeup, fashion and food, topics I can talk about forever, lol. The pub is fairly small with a few booths for 4, a larger half booth at the back for 6-8, a table for two (right in front of the washrooms), and seats around the bar. In total about 30 seats or so. Prices are very reasonable. Most mains are less than $10, with none over $20. It's in a little strip mall. Same strip mall as Movies 'n Stuff, Green Bean Cafe, and Cedars and Co Food Market. Free parking on site. Affordable food and friendly service, I'm a fan. I saw other people ordering fish and chips and it looked good, especially the fries. I might have to order the Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries next time :)

It's good well prepared food. The menu is a combination of English pub food, Italian pizza and sandwiches along with some Lebanese options - truly something for everyone. I had the fish and chips. Fish was good and I loved the fries. The vegetable soup appeared to be made on site and was super flavourful. Hubs had a burger and enjoyed it too. They have a decent selection of beer to match their menu (something for everyone). Service was great - nice wait staff, quick service, attentive. Décor is more on the English pub side with booths and about 8 seats at the bar. We arrived at 8 and the place was full - however our timing was impeccable as 10 minutes later the other diners had pretty much cleared out - so 8p is the magic hour to get seating. Before then I suspect there might be a wait as the pricing is quite affordable and portions are reasonable. We both walked away thinking this is a great addition to our neighbourhood. Would I return: Yes Would I recommend: Yes, but particularly for anyone close to Kilborn Road. Like I said, great neighbourhood addition: bike-able, walkable. Free parking, but remember, don't drink and drive!
