I ordered my food in 10 to 15 minutes and it was ready by the time I got there so they are pretty quick. I thought the place was nice and clean and it seemed very welcoming.

It's frustrating to have to confirm my drink multiple times when I expect it to be made correctly the first time. Then, when I finally get my drink, I'm expecting an iced beverage, yet it comes in a cold cup but is noticeably warm. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering a cold brew. If I wanted a lukewarm coffee, I wouldn't have asked for an iced one. How is this happening? Is it a mistake? A training issue? Either way, it shouldn't be that hard to serve a proper cold brew--cold. The whole experience is disorganized, inefficient, and leaves me wondering why I even bothered. If they could just streamline their process and ensure drinks are actually made to order, it would make a world of difference.

So not off to a great start. I ordered an omelet with onions and jalepenos. The onions were cut somewhat large and did not seem like they were sautéed so they were crunchy, and the peppers were right out of the jar and I'm guessing they were not tried because the inside of the omelet was liquidy. I scooped the filling out and the eggs were fine, but not what I expected. My husband had the breakfast sandwich and ordered the tots. Sandwich was good but he thought the tots were awful. Our server was very friendly and attentive and even offered a coffee to go. Yet, we were disappointed with the food and will not be back for breakfast.
