Order a #16, witch is a turkey,bacon and I get home and there's No Turkey!!!! Seriously!!! How do you even get that wrong!!!!!!

Well, I won't order from them again. Aside from being "freaky fast" maybe they could actually pay attention to an order for once. On my #4 (turkey), I received one slice of turkey, half a slice of cheese, barely any Mayo and about a quarter cup of lettuce. None of the tomatoes, onions, extra cheese, extra mayo... I asked the kid for banana peppers on my sandwich. He started adding red peppers to my sandwich. I said no banana peppers not red peppers. He said we dont have those but they're still peppers so its the same thing. He was at least 20 years old. How do kids even get jobs these days?! Sad. Anyway, the bread was so hard I felt like I was going to crack a tooth and everything else on the sandwich (including my "banana peppers") was sub par. First and last trip to Jimmy Johns. Great fresh options. Unfortunately they don't worry about cross contamination, so even the lettuce wraps are not gluten free.

This place has great delivery time and there yummy delicious sandwich is to die for. I always go here for a great tasty sandwich and a drink for under 15 bucks. And the delivery service is really cheap. I will always go here for a great delicious sandwich. Love it!!! read more

Have always had decent service when going into the store to order. My husband and I tried their "freaky fast delivery" yesterday for the first time and it was a mistake! They must be freaky fast because they don't take the time to follow the instructions on the order. Both subs were wrong and it was very disappointing. One of the best sub shops I've had. Their service is super fast, the subs taste great and are reasonably priced. Their bread is very unique and I think separates JJs from the rest. So glad this opened here! My only complaint would be that the distance they deliver is very small. They won't deliver to my house and I'm only 2 miles away. read more

I had probably one of the best JJ's experiences today. I got a tuna salad sandwich today and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The delivery guy was super nice! The staff is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the customers. The sandwich is one of the best ones I've had in awhile. The cucumbers tasted really fresh and the bread was great! Typical night, in a rush needing food fast. Call Jimmy Johns for their "quick fast" delivery only to be told I live one block too far away from their store, still inside the city limits and available to every other delivery service in the area but hey speedy fast delivery times demand a postage stamp sized delivery area for that oh so important air of superiority.
