There was no A/C or air circulation inside the game box, and since the experience lasts about 60 minutes and requires you to move around quite a bit, it became very uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on the game, we found ourselves thinking about how hot it was. If the temperature issue is addressed, I think this would be a much more enjoyable experience. The game is definitely worth trying, but the lack of ventilation took away from what could have been a great experience.

However, this location really missed the mark all around. The bowling and games in particular are not well-maintained. - Food: We ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza but they later told us the kitchen had run out (even though it was 6:30pm at the beginning of the week). The seasonal fruit that came with the kids meal was a very meager portion of 2 tiny watermelon pieces. - Bowling: They initially gave us Lane 5 but the right bumper was stuck in the up position. The worst part was that they admitted they knew that it was broken. On top of that, just a short while later, they gave the same lane to a new group!! I couldn't believe it. They reassigned us to Lane 6, which also had a broken bumper (half of the left bumper was gone). - Games: many of the games were broken and we wasted game points on them. The VR headset kept getting loose when we tried to put it in the tightest position. The basketball game to the very right didn't register points. The soccer game was not working at all. The bouncing tile game was missing tiles. One of the large basketball games got the balls stuck in the net. Overall, I would not recommend this location and would try to avoid it if I could.

(1) The bowling ball kept getting jammed which delayed our game on lanes 13 & 14. Our 3rd lane had no problems. (2) I was asked if I wanted my group to eat 30 minutes early due to them having a larger group that will be eating the same time as us, (we made reservations), (3) I was told they would get our order for which kids wanted pepperoni or cheese pizza, then they young lady told me I did not select it on my reservation; however, I told her I was told we would give our selection before you cooked the food, (4) the Air Hockey pucks did not come out when we swiped the cards to play and the balls did not come out for Skee Ball. It was very disappointing and I had the arcade game problems last summer with my camp. We will go to other choices of this same venue going forward.

We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

The theater has lazy boy fully reclining and heated seats. It was a big theater and was not stuffed full giving plenty of room. People were nice and the place was very clean. They had everything from prime rib and salmon to pasta, rice, Brussels sprouts with bacon, green beans, and more. Everything I tried was delicious. The drinks were another surprise. I had no idea they had such a unique cocktail menu! They had so many fun and colorful drinks, and every one I tried was really good.
