Coolray Field - Ticket booths

Coolray Field

Note for anyone navigating: this is Gwinnett Field now. The Coolray naming rights lapsed after last…read moreseason, so older listings and your GPS may still say Coolray Field. We're four-year season ticket holders -- four seats, front row on the first base line, about five feet up from home plate. Not square behind the plate, but close enough that it doesn't matter. Excellent seats and a real value for what they cost. We don't always fill all four; when it's just us we spread out, and when we want company we bring people See our full review under the Gwinnett Stripers page here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/gwinnett-stripers-lawrenceville?hrid=ussEWFiwrHkLGMyS4wyZ7w&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct)

A nice night at the field!…read more Parking was super easy & FREE! Paid parktis available, but the lot is not THAT BIG YOU. Easy access! Nice lot staff to guide & help before the game. As you can imagine food & beverage are not allowed from outside the park. Staff check bags upon entry. Food & beverage are NOT cheap (why I gave 4 stars), but they have a lot to offer for a smaller park. We ate before we went so stuck with beverages & Dippin' Dots only. Oh, my son got fried pickles & they were REALLY good!! They have a few activities for children; bounce house & the back lawn to run around. PLEASE be careful on the lawn- one child was hit in the face with a ball hit hot off of a bat when we were there. There is no net to stop them from getting out there. My husband saw him in a wheelchair going to medical. Yikes, I hope he's going to be OK!!! A fun night, good music & a win for the Stipers. Tickets are reasonable, depending on where you sit & the park is pretty much open to do as you please while there. Be respectful, always! Come check'em out with the family. Hope to see you there!

Pokiddo - A slide for kids

With so much to see and do, they are certain for find something fun to do while inside. Reasonably priced for one time or monthly visits, my kids enjoyed their time here bonding with their cousins who frequent this place. Slides, bounce area and more are all in one place. Will be back again.

I initially left this review on Google, but I also wanted to share my experience here because I…read morebelieve these concerns deserve to be heard. Unfortunately, we do not have many options in this area, and having visited similar establishments in Philadelphia and New York, I feel comfortable saying that my experience here has been extremely disappointing. If zero stars were an option, I would not hesitate to give this place that rating. My frustration comes from three separate incidents, all of which reflect concerning customer service and a lack of proper care. Incident 1: My child arrived with a pair of shoes but left with a similar-looking pair that was noticeably more worn and a larger size. This is not acceptable, and I would appreciate an explanation of how this happened. Incident 2: While trying to hang up a suit, my child had it fall onto her head, and her hair became caught in the Velcro. She was told that her hair would need to be cut to remove it. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the situation ourselves using a letter opener and a soft brush, without cutting her hair. I was very concerned by how this situation was handled. Incident 3: My child eventually left wearing a pair of socks as compensation for the missing shoes. I understand that the shoes may have been difficult to locate, but socks are not an adequate resolution for the loss of a pair of shoes. Regarding the cameras, if they are there primarily as a deterrent or intimidation tactic rather than to provide meaningful security and accountability, please just be upfront about that. I find it difficult to accept the explanation that there is no clear picture of the shoes. If the cameras cannot capture a clear image of something as straightforward as a pair of shoes, then what purpose do they serve when a genuine accident occurs and a customer needs the footage to help establish what happened? I would appreciate a transparent and reasonable explanation rather than simply being told that the images are unclear. I understand that we signed a waiver, and I acknowledge that responsibility. However, signing a waiver does not mean that customer concerns should be dismissed or that accountability no longer matters. This should be a two-way street, with reasonable expectations and responsibilities on both sides. After three separate incidents, I believe it is fair to expect more than an apology or a temporary workaround. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution, particularly regarding the missing shoes and the way these situations were handled. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. Customers deserve to feel that their children are treated with care, respect, and consideration. I am not asking for special treatment; I am asking for basic accountability, transparency, and reasonable customer service.

It was far too crowded to not have staff helping to manage the foot traffic. I had an awful time just trying to exist in the space and experience the event to the extent of getting my money's worth. Don't even get me started on how difficult it was just to spend money at the booths. Two stars because they had a bunch of great vendors. Too bad I couldn't enjoy shopping with many of them.

JapanFest -- A Nostalgic Visit It really brought back…read morememories of those days in Norcross High School, when my friends and I used to come to JapanFest together. It's been three or four years since I last went. There were classic cultural highlights like Sumo and Kendo, and even hands-on experiences such as archery and sword-cutting demonstrations. Up on the second floor, the Hands-on Experience area featured bonsai, ikebana (flower arrangement), and shodo (Japanese calligraphy) -- all worth visiting and exploring. The biggest highlight this year was definitely the "LINQ" idol group performance -- their sweet voices, energetic choreography, and youthful vibe filled the entire stage. I couldn't help but feel, deep down, "Ah, youth is truly wonderful." Picked up a "To You" CD, grabbed some Japanese street food, and just soaked in the atmosphere.
