I didn't feel any hard sales pressure. Scott asked me lots of questions on what exactly I was looking for and by the end of my visit, I found just what I was looking for. Better yet, I even got a handwritten thank you in the mail. That's something you don't see too often these days. If my experience with massage chairs is similar to what they offer for exercise equipment, this is definitely a place to check out

We were polite and didn't want to use the equipment until he showed us the features. When he did finally come over to talk with us he copped a snotty attitude and said "you waited long enough why didn't you try it out?" So that told me he noticed us but neglected us! He talked with us for about 5 minutes and then turned and started helping another couple! What the heck? He was a major turn off. We left and I told my husband we are NEVER going to go back into that store again! Terrible, terrible customer service! By the way we bought a $3000.00 treadmill with another store. His loss.

He then took the time to explain the difference in price pointing out key features like better construction, higher grade materials and base manufacturer's warranties. I returned the next day and purchased a Lifespan 4000i and will be looking to return to Jason to purchase an elliptical for my wife in the near future. We settled on an elliptical and again Jason went over the pros and cons of good better best. We felt very informed all along the way. I am in sales myself and have a high level of expectation when it comes to customer service. I can't speak for Johnson as a whole but I believe a companies values are carried through their employees. He is dishonest, deceitful, and disrespectful. In fact, after doing some internal investigating ourselves, we learned our orders were never placed, (even though Bob assures you they are) and when we confronted him, he neglected to right his wrong and instead, told us he was just going to "cancel" our order. What order, Bob? The one you took on the post-it note that you lost? Classy, and oh so professional. Oh, and when Bob tells you it'll be a "6 week wait" what he should really say is that he doesn't know. Because, we are going on 3 months now. My advise, just google your own products and find out what other stores order from the manufacturer. Body Dynamics has absolutely ZERO respect for the customer.

The cheapest shoes I could find were $99 and they were wrong size so I passed on those. You tick the size and style into a kiosk and then a worker brings the shoes to you, but she brought a women's 7 instead of a man's 7, and it was too late to re-do the process so I just skipped buying the shoes. The line at checkout was super long, too. I don't think I'll come back here.
