I have been going to this store for the past year, multiple times a month. The clothes and store are clean. The quality of the clothing has not been an issue for me, all of it clean. You find clothing from many retail price points. The prices I feel are fair with you paying more for the name brand items. I have noticed many strollers in the store which were not having any problems navigating. I would defiantly recommend this store for used children items. The cleanliness alone is unacceptable. The bathroom is absolutely filthy--strong odors, visible grime, and clear neglect. This is a space regularly used by families and for diaper changes, which makes the lack of sanitation even more concerning. It raises serious questions about hygiene standards throughout the entire store. Many items in the store, especially shoes and toys, are visibly dirty. Caked in mud, grime, food, etc. There seems to be no meaningful cleaning or disinfecting process in place for items being resold. For a business handling large volumes of children's goods, this is not just careless--it's negligent. The merchandise itself is another major issue. A significant portion of the clothing is outdated, tacky, low-quality, or in poor condition, yet prices are often unreasonably high--sometimes comparable to buying brand-new items elsewhere. Finding anything worthwhile requires digging through racks of overpriced, worn, or tacky items. Customer service only makes things worse. Staff consistently come across as uninterested, unhelpful, and outright rude. Basic interactions feel like an inconvenience to them. My child always says hello and waves to the employees as we enter the store, and we never are even acknowledged. Questions are met with dismissive responses, and there is little to no effort to assist customers. The store is not wheelchair, stroller, or handicap accessible in any way. Two carts can't fit in an aisle without brushing up against one another. The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming and unprofessional. This store has SERIOUS problems with cleanliness, quality, pricing, and customer service. Until those are addressed, I don't recommend shopping here.

So I went into the store, went up to the counter and asked for a manager, a tall white woman with brown hair told me she was the manager. I explained the situation and she told me to go get another jacket and they would exchange it. So I did, when I went back up to the counter she started making up all these excuses why she couldn't exchange it. At this point I told her to use my phone number and look up the 2 different purchases I made for the jacket. She started lying and told me that your HR department cleared all the receipts which I know for a fact is a lie. Then another woman, a hispanic manager came up and humiliated me in front of at least 6 people. She touched the jacket and huffed, well its worn, OBVIOUSLY IT WAS WORN. Then they both refused to give me my receipt OR THE zipper that broke off my jacket. I was almost in tears to I left, I went out to my car and called your office back and the woman said someone would call me back and no one did. This is so far out of line! I don't have a winter jacket now and it's the middle of January in Wisconsin. I want the coat exchanged and these woman need to talked to about how to handle situations like this.
