They had a few sale racks outside for men's and women's that I had to check out. I ended up getting an awesome Cotopaxi winter hat. The store is cozy and well decorated. They have tons of quality brands including vuori, patagonia, birkenstock, prana, sunski, and so much more. They even have adorn jewelry which is one of my favorites. Shipping cost was ok but having spent as much as that piece had cost, I was hoping it would be free. No complaints on packaging as it was shipped in a bubble-lined shipping bag. They have a good selection of footwear, outerwear and tees. Plenty of other categories of clothing. Hope to visit the shop one day. We chiefly go to look at shoes, and it has been consistently an absolute mess in the shoe section, with high price tags for cheap merchandise that is scattered and strewn about. You have to step over open boxes, sizes are not in the correct place, and I've never seen an employee in the shoe section. This past week, we went to look at dresses and there was no signage and very limited availability of any formal dresses for plus size women -- and this is Wisconsin... We went to the "Last Chance" upstairs clearance section and it was worse than the shoe section. Tripping hazards on the floor, items strewn about and disorganized, shelves looked like they'd been looted. This seems to be a store wide problem and we just left without buying anything.

The items the sell is such a nice variety of handmade jewelry, wool hats/scarves, wall hangings, lip balme and great tasting coffee; you don't feel like it is a store you would visit just once. The staff is knowledgable about the products and share with compassionate hearts; the mission to help people get out from underneath exploitation. Always feels like we are part of the healing process, and not just customers. The shop is in great location as well.
