I brought my two children here on a Sunday afternoon, and although I had high hopes for this place,…read moreI had a terrible experience. First off, my two children are both 13 months old. They view this age as a grown child, so it cost me $40 just to bring them in for an hour. What they offer for children this size, does not live up to the price that they charge. There is a small area that has foam blocks and a little obstacle course to climb on with a ball pit, and that is all. The staff were terribly rude, incredibly inattentive, ignored us when we stood at the counter for a very long time, and did nothing to keep the big children out of the small children's area, even though there were signs saying they were not allowed. I did walk to the back of the building, and there seems to be a lot of stuff for larger children to play on. I feel like the price may be more justified for older kids, but if you have Littles like mine, do not come here. The price is so expensive, and they would have just as much fun at a regular park. If you're looking for a great place to try for Littles, check out.We Rock The Spectrum in Stow instead. We will not be coming back here until my children are much much older., If at all.

This place is awesome! It's immaculately clean and so much bigger than I expected. I thought there…read morewould be just one play gym but there are actually two plus a toddler area where they have movies projected onto the wall. The play gyms are the biggest I've ever seen. Everything is padded and the setup looks really safe so I felt comfortable letting my three year old go in the play gyms by himself while I watched from my seat. My son is infamous for getting stuck or needing help but he was able to navigate the entire place without calling out for help once. Meanwhile my baby had a blast in the toddler area. The setup is really well thought out. I could sit in the middle and see my 3 year old in the gym and my daughter in the toddler area at the same time. I love how they designated an area for toddlers because it helps ensure the babies don't get run over by the bigger kids on a busy day. The toddler area is off to the side so it's unlikely bigger kids will run through there while playing. The man working the desk was extremely nice and attentive. Snacks and drinks are fairly priced. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We'll definitely be back. I can't think of even one negative thing to say.

Despite my offering them payment options, I had to take them to small claims court, where I won the judgment for $1,200 + court costs and interest that began to accrue in Nov. 2024. They have ignored certified letters from the court both before and after the judgment, and ignored the court order to pay the judgement sum. The STEAM Indoor play center has been a success and with that and other streams of income, they can definitely afford to pay what is both owed and court ordered. It has been almost a year since the judgment was won (Dec. 2024) and I should think that business owners would pay their bills and other monies owed.
