Came here for some inside entertainment for my 1 year old. It was cold and rainy so thought today…read morewould be the perfect day to explore what this place has to offer. Before you can purchase your entertainment of choice, there is a QR code for parents or guardians to sign a waiver. We purchased the toddler time for around $16 with tax included. You also get $5 loaded onto a card for you to play some arcade games. This includes access to one room for toddlers to play in all day, but honestly there's not much to do to keep a toddler occupied all day in this room. Although the toddler room was disappointing, they are accommodating to the adults by having beverages available for purchase. Food wasn't too bad, so I can't be too upset with our experience. Was surprised they had fried cauliflower bites which was pretty good. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Some of them were really interactive with the kids which made me smile. Overall, this place is probably better for bigger kids because they have more stuff to keep them occupied, like laser tag, rock climbing, ballocity, etc.. will probably try this place again when my kiddo is bigger.

I will never patronage your establishment again complete waste of time, energy & money!! 0 STARS!!

Thankfully he enjoyed himself and that's what mattered most to me. However, whoever the person is attending the actual park, not sure if she is security or what, she said my son was "trying to get away from me" and blew a whistle at me for jumping with my son. I found she was extremely passive aggressive and I actually went to the bathroom to cry. I wasn't damaging equipment, my son (and I'm sure if you have cameras you can check) was begging my husband and I to come jump with him. This woman told me a story about how she jumped with her daughter and her daughter ended up breaking her leg, telling me how fragile kids are. I'm actually a teacher, so I work with kids 24/7 and am well aware of this. Told me "mom to mom" basically, she made me feel unwelcome to jump. After we just spent $50. After I came back from the bathroom, my husband at this point was going to have a word with the front desk. I noticed she was also singling out other people as well, as well as playing on her phone, sitting in massage chairs, and taking up benches. I'm going to say this as nicely as I can, but I almost wonder if she was targeting me because I'm a small woman and CAN jump with my son without injuring him. Am considering taking my son to another park after this day, as again that was terribly uncalled for in my opinion her approach. I understand if she had a safety concern, but if that was the case, I don't think any of that backhanded commentary was necessary.

This is one of my daughters absolute favorite place to go based on the different rooms and activities and areas to jump as well as just getting all of the kids together to have a good time. Two people were walking out so we asked about the hours. They look at us like we have two heads and say their normal operating hours are until 5pm. I understand that things happen and maybe you would have to close early for an emergency. But don't act like we're in the wrong and treat the customer condescendingly because they read your fb post! We drove over 20 minutes specifically for this! Then to block me?! Good thing these places are a dime a dozen! On to the next one...

Made the trip on a Saturday and was able to check out the antique mall next door and stay at the Quality Inn across the street before our Sunday Jurassic Mountain bday extravaganza! Started with some arcade games, which had a nice mixture of different types, even some cool old vintage-ey ones! Signed up for nerf arena and then laser tag. Nerf arena was a tad small and could use a bit of sprucing up to make it more interesting but the laser tag more than made up for it. That was a REALLY cool and well done laser tag arena! It was a really good size, with LOTS of corners, hiding spots, little open windows and nooks to shoot through. I would definitely be back for the laser tag even if just for that. Did some bouncey house and play-place for a few minutes before everyone got hungry. Love that the bouncey houses and play place are so spacious and lots going on to keep the kids busy! Pizza deal worked out great, with a large pizza, four bags of chips and four drinks for only $25! It filled everyone up and there was still leftovers. The family consensus on the pizza was A+! I was also very surprised to see how well thought out their options of snacks, food and drinks are! Everything is also very fairly priced! The arcade prices were so reasonable we were able to play for a little bit more before calling it a day. Spent $120 total on arcade cards for the four of us. That plus the laser tag + nerf deal for the two kids and two adults lasted us 11am to 2:30pm before we all pooped out. The decor is very thoughtful and of COURSE ... LOVE the dino theme! Even a big portion of the prize counter features different dino items! The massive dinosaur statues are also of course super cool! I liked that there were plenty of staff members walking around, monitoring safety, cleaning tables and even vacuuming periodically throughout the day. I even noticed that a few arcade games needed attention and although I forgot to say something by the second go around those things had been addressed. So, very attentive staff! Overall, between the food, arcade games, bouncey houses and play place, we loved the quality, fairness in price and selection! Would def recommend a visit to this place!!!

Parents could go up and down the structure. The bubble: water room was our favorite. We worked on our engineering skills to keep the balls moving as well enjoyed seeing them fly high in the air. There is a toddler/baby room for those little ones who can't quite enjoy everything this place to offer. For this area, you need to take your shoes off and only wear socks. Sometimes there are shoe covers available, but I wouldn't count on it. I continued to renew my pass because as my child got older, he loved this place even more. He always has so much energy so I needed to find a place that would keep him busy indoors, especially during our winter months. The bubble room is definitely our favorite room because we get to play with bubbles together. There are areas for water play as well. This truly engages their creativity so they would need to build things within the water to have it travel farther along with balls being shot up in the air. There is an area for those kids who just want to enjoy books in a little cubby and those who want to play pretend theater. Sometimes we go into the one area where the pretend store and kitchen is and my son will go grocery shopping and cook something for me. It's truly a great place to keep your kids active and engaged.
