Incredible job with the cleaning and waxing, so when I needed to do a thorough cleaning of the interior, to deal with some mud on the central arm rest as well as faded spots on the door arm rests, and tennis ball fuzz on the carpets, I thought I'd use them again, and they certainly didn't disappoint! I dropped the car off at 8am on Monday, and obtained a rental car from them (an amazingly cheap $5 per day!). I had a tight window and needed to get the car back by 2pm that day (an already shortened window of time). They contacted me at 1:30 and said it would be done by 3pm, but that was too late for me, so they gave me a free day of the rental car, and I picked up my car on Tuesday morning. I was blown away with how clean the car looked inside. All of the tennis ball fuzz was gone (not an easy feat, as the fuzz intertwines with the carpet fibers and doesn't come up with a regular vacuum), the dull spots were gone from the door arm rests, and all of the mud was off the central arm rest! The car looks brand new inside, and I couldn't be happier! At first glance, you may think their price feels a little high, but when you stop and think about all the work they do, it's more than worth it. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" applies here. Sure, there might be cheaper places, but you won't find anyone who does a better job than Fresh Start! It's worth a few extra bucks to get your car back in tip-top shape!! Highly recommend!!!

Something else we…read moreboth have in common is QUALITY being the most important trait for anyone that gets near our vehicles. I have a 9 year one of a kind Porsche project and quality is word one in EVERY aspect of the project. Quality for a detail (although Autowerx does SOOO much more) shop means 1) The result of literally everything they touch is of the absolute highest grade and people I AM 60 yrs old havs had many of my own businesses and have a LOT of experience in these markets so I know what quality really is. 2) They have the ability and the desire to overcome almost anything that gets thrown at them and do a LOT of this on THEIR dime and without even worrying their customers. I had more then one "special: request that I had otherwise no where else to turn and THEY figured out a way to somehow take care of it AND to their usual high standard. This quality alone my friends stands them in a class by themselves and makes them undeniably worth their weight in gold 3) They stand by their work.... If and when (which im certain is on the rarer side) an issue does arise they will certainly handle it with the absolute most professionalism.....even to their own demise!!! 4) the entire staff is fantastic, highly skilled, friendly and helpful Thank you Autowerx for being you!!
