Besides, I knew I would be globetrotting somewhere around the Planet in Fall 2022, i.e., why renew when no Harbor Freight Stores exists in Far East Asia, eh? Aside, I have purchased a myriad of essential items since, 2014: I needed completing my household projects such as purchasing three TV wall-mounts, solar panels, electrical extension cords, tools, gardening supplies, camo tarps, camo blankets, bungee cords, leaf blower, hardware, dollies, and moving carts! Moreover, I know I purchased more items such as camo moving blankets at the Elk Grove Harbor Freight location but alas, I let my Membership lapse. Welp . . . This shopping trip I purchased two hammers: I'll use the 22-lbs. Contractor's hammer for larger construction projects while the petite hammer, I plan using mounting picture frames. The customers in front of me already got annoyed over this sales tactic and the long wait. When it was my time, I just wanted to purchase the machine with a credit card and get out, it was only 69 dollars. The cashier tried the same with me, first, trying to get me to add an account for me into their system, I did not want that; she didn't want to take no for answer, then she wanted to sell me an additional warranty, and then a store policy, I did not want these, and again, she didn't take no for an answer; she said I had to listen to her, but I said: "no", I also said that "I don't have to buy here". The cashier then tried to take away my item! I told her then to finish the transaction via credit card, in no uncertain terms. I have to say, I have never been treated like that in a store, this was the worst shopping experience I have had. I will never buy anything at Harbor Freight again. Good advice is to buy tools online and not through Harbor Freight.

Everywhere, those brands are priced really high, and the one usually offered in big box stores are the toned down version that isn't really reliable or has a weak motor. Howard answered my questions in great detail and it aligns to what I researched online. He took his time and greatly explained the pros and cons of the vacuums. I ended up buying a Miele C3 Kona which I think fits the needs of our small home. Howard gave me a quick walkthrough for the vacuum which I really appreciate. I used the vacuum as soon as I got home and I was blown away. The unit was so quiet, my wife didn't even notice me vacuuming. That thing is able to suck up every nook and cranny that my stick vac can't reach. And from what I see online about it's reliability, no wonder it's expensive (my wife doesn't know though haha). I'm very happy with my purchase experience and the peace of mind that if something's wrong, I can bring it to Howard to get it fixed.

SCAMMERS! I…read morebrought a Ryobi Weed Trimmer to them for warranty repair for a damaged spark plug cap. Warranty repair requires completion in 2 weeks. In two weeks I Called to check on the status and was told it was my carburetor and it's a $156 to repair it and the spark plug. I Asked about the warranty coverage on the spark plug? They said they were waiting on Ryobi. Two weeks later I called and they say Still no answer from Ryobi? Two more weeks and still no answer from Ryobi!?! According to Sierra Saw. I called Ryobi who stated Sierra Saw NEVER submitted a single warranty claim for the spark plug. SURPRISE! After 6 weeks they charged me $25 and never submitted a SINGLE warranty claim. $25 for doing NOTHING! NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS! I used them before this for a Husqvarna chainsaw service. I was always disappointed but assumed it was the chainsaw. I now realize they were running a scam then as well. They are the WORST! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will RIP YOU OFF!

I realized Sierra Saw service personnel never tightened the cover screw/knob. I went online and ordered a new cover from another supplier and verified the air cleaner filter element was intact and clean. I will never return to Sierra Saw for additional service on any of my other Husvarna tools.
