It was quite a departure from the description of "marinated and slow roasted beef, PILED HIGH with melted provolone." The onions and peppers I paid extra for were abysmal - maybe 2 slivers of each. Additionally, the district chips and dip I upgraded my side to were terrible - the chips were chewy and stale and cheese (while flavorful) was congealed.
