They called 15 min prior to closing & I asked if it would be ok if we picked up the returns on Monday & I gave them all the account info they requested. Since they were closed Sunday, they said no problem, no rush & contract could be signed Monday upon pickup. They said they kept a basket of clothes to sell. When we got home, the store manager called after hours. (She was not there when we dropped off. ) She asked us to come pick up the clothes now. We returned to find all of items out on the curb. She came out to accuse us of not following rules we had never heard of. She claimed we violated rules by not waiting 10 minutes for clothes review & didn't sign the contract yet so they weren't going to keep any items. Neither 'rule' was ever mentioned at drop off. She threw her staff & customers under the bus & did not back up staff on all the things we coordinated with them. She decided to punish the customer instead. Never seen anything like it. She should not manage a business or people.
