Seriously took nothing and verified clothes were over 2 years old. How?? In 5 min. And it's clothes. In style stuff!! Waste of time. I say people stop shopping there!! I waited 20 minutes with no other customers within plain sight of the desk to find out that they didn't want the clothes I brought. However, before all that, I needed to give them my personal information which they refused to delete. I'm pretty sure they're going to sell it. When was it a good idea to put baby girls at the customer service desk, let alone make them managers. What a crock!!!

I always end up leaving Springfield with way more than I traveled in with when I visit Clothes Mentor! I love it. This visit, I lucked up and found that they were having a 70% off sale and was in complete awe!!
