Had to get a ride because there's no waiting room for me to wait in. My ride and I waited for 30 minutes, he never showed up even after calling multiple times and leaving a voicemail. Went home. Never received a call back even though we had an appointment set. I called later in the afternoon, he stated he arrived late, never got the voicemail and didn't hear the phone. Against my better judgment, I still dropped my car off, thought maybe he was just having a bad day. After almost six hours of waiting for him to call to tell me to come pick up my car, I called because he never called to tell me he was done. I dropped off before noon, and it was now DARK OUTSIDE! I paid $75 for diagnostic, believing future work would be done on the car. He couldn't tell me exactly how much the repairs would be and said he'd call me the next day. No call. I called him two days later. Still did not have the information needed for the car and said he'd give me a call back. To this day I'm still waiting on that call! Had to go elsewhere where my time and money are of value. I try my best to support small business owners, but this is not how one should do business. I suggest you do the same and hope this review spurs some changes in the way the owner does business. I wish him well.

I thought being in the actual store with this request, they took a note, but when I came to pick up the car, the decal was not installed - it was sitting in my car right where I left it.
