Everything that I ordered, and I mean everything..I received...was wrong! He called & switched to tile on me because apparently they were out of stock. Then they delivered both vanities which I didn't order, then he asked me if I wouldn't mind substituting another bathroom shower faucet because the one I ordered was out of stock too. This was nothing but a complete headache! And when I called to let him his response was "just chill".."breathe. Honestly, I'm not one to hurt someone's business, but when I order something I expect to get the same thing that I ordered! I won't tell you not to shop there because he has great things in his showroom and he really gave me some awesome decorating tips too, but triple check your order... Luckily for me they were having a floor sample sale so I purchased a LED Mirror and a vanity. Unable to get it the same day, I was told to pick up two days later. When we arrived for pickup all was boxed and ready to go. When the vendor came over and unboxed both (on camera), the mirror was chipped in the bottom corner. I took it back to the store, receipt in hand to exchange (another of the same was still on the floor). I was told that I would not be granted an exchange and my only option was to purchase the same mirror at full price (not half off like the other). With that being a poor economic option, I requested a refund and was also told that was not an option. However, as a favor, I could get store credit (there was no comparable LED mirrors in that price point). I asked to speak to Manager/owner but was told that is the best offer. I am in the service industry and truly believe they could have simply sold me the same mirror off the floor (which was now a floor model). They had no way of proving to me that they did not break it. Now I am left with almost $400 that cannot be used at another location (I was told), and why would I want to do business with such a company after this ordeal? I would have given no stars, the two stars are for the vanity - she is a beauty!

He told me to have a neighbor do it and I replied the unit was new and that I paid them to install it and he stated that my shoulder was a bullshit reason not to do it myself and because I paid them that I did not own shit there and did not own them. He became very belligerent, rude and nasty and would not listen to anything I had to say. To top it all off after cursing me out, his punk ass hung up the phone. I guess when "shit people own a business you get shit work from them". If anyone decides to use this company, you were warned! Caulking was poor at best. Broke sink plug and bedroom blind. At some point came in with full body hazmat covering leaving me and my cat exposed to all the chemicals. Also asked him to put the 5 year warranty on invoice, which he did not. Dont expect him to honor the warranty. Would not do business with them again!

These guys ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was scammed…read more They first offered me a discount on blind cleaning in exchange for a positive review on Yelp for a previous upholstery job (cushions); so I wrote a nice review. I regret it. No discount was given. Instead, they changed the initial blind cleaning quote to a higher quote. Not cheap. They were not able to put back one of the blinds properly. One came back with a big spot that was not there before. When I complained, they took it back and did not return it for weeks. I had to chase the owner who ghosted me and did not return my calls. I finally got it back. It was ruined: it doesn't close properly anymore. And now all the blinds that they cleaned are warped. How these guys have a license from Hunter Douglas to clean expensive blinds is beyond me. I reported them to Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately, they said they can't control quality from independent businesses. Big scam. I got taken by these guys and my blinds are ruined.
