Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. They assured us they were a "one stop shop" and could do the whole thing, and that it should only take 2-3 days The project took 2-3 weeks. When the first crew came by to do the insulation they did a great job. When they left, there was no drywall or mudding done. Two days of no updates or a check in, I email to ask what's going on. I'm assured they are waiting on the drywall team and will get back to me. A week goes by, no response, I email again and am told they're still waiting. Another week goes by. Stuff is now falling out of my ceiling. My garage has been filthy and unusable for two weeks. I tell them if we can't get this done this week we will have to go with another contractor to finish the job. Suddenly someone is available to come out the next day. Again, contractor themselves does a great job, but they leave without finishing the attached wall to our house, leaving styrofoam plugs in the wall (not up to fire code or city code). Instead of a check in or follow up, I get an email asking for full payment. At this point I'm fed up with managing this project myself (every contractor who arrived asked us "so what are we doing today" as if they had just been given our address and told nothing else). I email their main email and get a response from the owner a couple days later, all apologies and that they'll get someone right on it Over $7000 to act as my own project manager for a "one stop shop" company. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to pay them to manage construction crews yourself.

As they were attaching the gutters and downspouts I noticed that the installer was wiping down the sections with a rag to make sure they were clean, indicating a focus on the details. I also noticed the installers were using a small level in the gutter to ensure the proper pitch before attaching the gutter to the house. The clean up after installation left my property spotless. No screws, aluminum shards or shingle pebbles. Needless to say, Trinity Exteriors has earned my highest endorsement.
