From the start of the project working with President - Brian Gergen, to the day to day communication with Project Manager - Josh Dahl, the support staff and sub-contractors, all the way to the finished project, we had a great experience. Everything went incredibly smooth. It was our first time using a contractor for a major home project so naturally we were a little skeptical. The communication and responsiveness to executing our requests was outstanding. Any issues that came up were quickly remedied and handled appropriately. We debated on taking on this project ourselves however quickly realized out timeline would get pushed way out. We spoke with several contractors, but could not have been more happy with our decision to go with Bellepar. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any major home projects.

The folks who were staying there at the time worked night shifts, sowhen Millersburg called to confirm the time and date, I said it would work as long as they came after 8:30 in the morning. The pounding started at 7:00 a.m. 2. I needed a roof replacement on my home property following a tornado. For some reason they painted the roof turbine to match the roofing materials , and that paint has long since peeled off. It would have looked better had they just left it. Even worse, is that the paint is now peeling off the fascia . I think this must be substandard materials , because I believe the material came prepainted. I recently contacted both the person who set up the work, and the person at the construction company who deals with these things. To date, I've not heard back from either one.

We have their service contract & have been very satisfied with the semi-annual maintenance of our aging HVAC system. Last October they replaced our entire system with a 97% efficient furnace, air conditioner, & humidifier. I was extremely impressed with how Chris managed the design and installation of the new system. The new system was bigger & space was limited, but Chris custom fabricated parts so everything fit together perfectly. It's kind of crazy, but now when I walk into my utility room I take a second to admire Chris's work, it's part HVAC & part art. To top it all off Chris & his wife Megan are both very nice, honest, no drama, no BS, no lying & Cheating. The kind of people that my wife & I like to do business with. Jeff & Kathy Bryan

That is worth something in my opinion. The house is 30 years old, nothing square and rafters wavey, these guys are experts at leveling out everything so the floors are straight, walls plumb. I responded to schedule a time to meet and schedule the project, no answer. I followed-up again, no answer. I called all 3 phone numbers listed in the email, and every person just told me to submit the form on the website (which I already did). Not a single person was willing to just schedule me for the next steps. A month later, I receive an email from someone named Justin asking me to fill out the online quote request form, so I responded yet again that I have already received a quote and am ready to proceed with meeting and scheduling installation. You guessed it - no response. If it's this hard for me to give them my money and start a project, I'd hate to imagine what kind of service to expect once I've paid.
