My appointment was for 5:30 since that was the only time I could go (right after work). After I get there, no one is available. I even see the hours for one of the services held at that location printed on the window (which said they closed at 6). After hectically trying to call everyone I could to resolve it since I needed to get the truck that day, I eventually gave up on them and went with uhaul since everyone with them and budget simply deferred responsibility of the issue. Avoid working with these people if you can because customer service is no really a concern of theirs.
