Went with Mr. Dubs to buy a new car he had his eye on. Luckily for me he already saw the car he wanted was available online and had called ahead and talked to Mike about his interest. I'll be honest- I hate going car shopping but Mike made it as painless as possible. Even though we had financing, Platinum was able to provide a lower interest rate which was a pleasant surprise. The car was priced under KBB and a great deal! Mike was patient and knowledgeable - if you're in the market for a new car don't hesitate to reach out to him! read more

I have to say, Mike was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We showed up last minute, just before closing, and Mike took great care of us. After a test drive, we knew we wanted the truck that same night. He set up an appointment for the following day without any pressure whatsoever. His professionalism really stood out. We also purchased an extended warranty, and unfortunately had to use it shortly after buying the truck. When we ran into some coverage issues at a local Chevy dealership, I called Mike. He immediately stepped in and resolved everything. His outstanding customer service saved me hundreds of dollars. If you're looking for a clean dealership with someone who truly cares about their customers and delivers exceptional service, this is the place. I highly recommend Mike! read more

Let me tell you about my experience buying a truck from Platinum. Everything leading up to the purchase was great. Joe made the process quick and easy--he's a true professional. After the sale, my truck had a couple of issues. Joe and his brother Mike took care of them immediately and without hesitation. As the owner of a service-based business myself, I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service these guys provided. This is how all customers deserve to be treated. I trust the guys at Platinum, and you can too. Happy shopping. Thank you Joe, and thank you Mike read more

My husband applied twice for a vehicle here and was denied both times with no real explanation. We then went to a different dealership and were approved immediately, which speaks volumes. This experience made it clear that this dealership either lacks competent financing partners or chooses to only work with a very narrow, wealthy clientele. If you're an average buyer looking for fair treatment and honest opportunities, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere plenty of dealerships are willing to help without making you feel dismissed or unworthy. read more

Very professional. There was no run around or games to be played with financing and vehicle communication. Very transparent would recommend 100 out of 10. Mike was great! read more

Went to look for a vehicle, although they see me walking around, looking at the cars, thinking they were gonna go and help me, they were just looking at me so I walked up to them and asked them. Can I get information on a truck, someone will be out there to help me. 10 minutes later, nobody came out to help me. So I just left.. very unprofessional. If there were zero stars, they'd get zero. read more

Worked with Joe on a 2022 F250 Lariat that I wanted really bad. I had a trade in with about $5K in equity to trade. Because of the size of the loan, financing wasn't exactly readily available. I thought it was a no go but the next day after speaking with Joe he said he found someone. Joe went above and beyond to make this deal happen and I couldn't be happier. Did everything over the phone and email to get financing in place. All I had to do was drive from Riverside to Victorville to pick it up today. I met Mike there today because Joe was off. Mike was extremely friendly and assisted in the exchange of trucks. These brothers don't lie to you or try to make you add on accessories that they added to the car like most other dealers. It was just black and white and the best experience I have ever had dealing with a dealer. I would recommend them for your car needs. Great guys and great way to run their business. Hats off to Mike and Joe!! read more

I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The was no head ache, they made it simple and easy. Extremely impressed with the customer service received from Joe yesterday. He really handled the difficult client of mine that went with me, better than most people do. Extremely professional and competent and impressed me with his relentless math skills. The other guy who was in the back office was also an asset to this company. Whoever the boss is, they have scored a good team with these guys. Both complement each other and are professional and educated. Not to mention this place is extremely secure, they take precautions in case anyone tries to pull any funny business. Don't mess around with this place! read more

This was hands-down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased quite a few vehicles. The entire process from start to finish went like clockwork, with no hassles and no BS whatsoever. It was a pleasure working through our purchase with Mike. The "No Haggle" fair price and truck details were exactly as advertised. The lot was clean and not over laden with vehicles , showing that they carefully selected the vehicles they sale. They were quick to remedy a concern we had with the tires, and for that we are grateful. Mike was very knowledgeable and made the completion of paperwork a quick and non stressful process. We would definitely recommend Platinum for you vehicle purchase. read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Platinum and my salesman Joe. I live in Riverside and I work in Orange County so there was just no way I could get to their dealership for at least 6 days after I found their RAM my wife and I wanted online. I sent an email saying I was interested in the truck and Joe called me 30 min later which was 8:30pm. We did most of the conversing after hours and remotely with ease. Great no Haggle price with no markups AND a great price for my trade. BUT THE BEST PART....Since he also lives in Riverside, He even brought the truck to my house and took my old truck with him since I couldn't make it to the dealership. Did all of the paperwork on my dining room table. This is my 10th vehicle and it was HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will for sure be buying my next car at Platinum. THANK YOU JOE!!!!!! read more

Over this past weekend I bought a car from Platinum. On Thursday Mike texted me and we set up an appointment for Saturday. I made the trek up there and traded in my 911 for a beautiful and barely used S Class. I have a new racecar coming in a couple of months so it was time. Mike made the process very easy. Once we came to terms the paperwork/deal was done in about 45 mins. The car I bought was immaculate. I keep my cars pretty much perfect so that was a must. Pretty much pain free process. I used these reviews as a guide for my purchase and hope this helps out someone else. The only downside was the traffic on the way back to LA. This is a family run business and they're up front with you on pricing and terms. Mike has a great understanding of the market. They take care to make sure they're at or near the right level of pricing. That said I tried to negotiate for less. My only suggestion would be to invest in a better camera/lighting system to take better pictures for Autotrader because to my surprise and delight the car in person was much nicer than online. Thanks again. read more

Excited to finally find and purchase a F250 for the hubs. Mike at Platinum Auto Group has been awesome and very helpful. This dealership had exactly what we had been looking for the past 3 weeks. I had a great experience dealing with and buying a car from platinum. They had quality inventory and had a car I really wanted. After speaking with Joe I had a good feeling about his honesty and no pressure demeanor when it came to showing interest in the car. So much so that I took the chance and flew down to see the car. I was so impressed with the car that I went ahead and purchased it. I'm very happy and could see myself buying another car from them in the future. They have awesome lifted trucks that I was eyeing. I don't write reviews often but this is truly a well deserved 5 star review. Thanks again Joe and Family! read more

This car you sold me, has body damage and sensor damage and water leaks that was declined to be fixed March 2019 while under your dealerships roof! I bought this car a few months later and all of this information was NOT reported to me! This is dealership info that you had on this car and you withheld! You said people at your dealership would drive this car occasionally when I asked why the mileage listed didn't match the mileage on the car. You left out that there was damage while it was being driven. Didn't you think I deserve to know this? To sort out if I can afford these repairs that were declined to be fixed while this car was your dealerships property for sale?? I now have to pay for body work for my axis and then pay for the master module sensor out of pocket! None of this will be under warranty now. Why would you do that to me or any customer? I absolutely do not trust this "dealership". I caution anyone who buys a car from them to take it to your mechanic to get it checked out first and get a copy of the dealership notes. That is how I found out the true nature of my car. Sadly disappointed that they are fitting the stereo type of crooked car salesmanship. No moral compass here. No ethics here. Avoid this place. Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 6/30/17 and had great experience. I started by stalking their website for at least two months monitoring two Wrangler Unlimiteds that Platinum had in stock. After the price on a bells and whistles lifted Sahara seemed to stabilize, I contacted Platinum and spoke with Mike Montalbano. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. We would go back and forth discussing options, prices, financing, etc. Mike was very easy to work with via email, text, and phone call. Over the next two weeks, Mike and I negotiated until we came up with a deal we were both satisfied with. We even agreed to a stipulation: that the lifted Sahara fit comfortably inside my garage, which it did perfectly! Mike even went as far to arrange having my black beauty delivered to my home, roughly 65 miles from their location. Mike accompanied the Wrangler so we could confirm that the Jeep would fit into the garage, go over some of the numerous options, and finalize the paperwork. He was able to arrange finance through Wells Fargo. He kindly let the bank do the credit score so as for me not to be dinged twice. Thank you Mike. We even arranged for aftermarket extended warranty for the lift, upgraded suspension, big wheels and tires, all the toys, at a fair price. The Jeep is a blast, looks amazing, and is a real eye catcher! I am really happy with my purchase at Platinum. I think I am done auto shopping for a while, but if anyone is looking for a quality ride, I will definitely point them in the direction of Platinum Auto Group. read more

I recently purchased a 2018 GMC from Platinum Auto. My experience prior to arriving at the dealership was just as good as when I arrived. I worked with Mike, and he tailored our communication to what works best for me while at work (text). Mike was very upfront about the vehicle, as well as the value of my trade. Once I arrived Mike went out of his way to make the entire experience as smooth as possible. It's not very common to come across genuine people, especially when dealing in sales, but Mike is just that. I will definitely look to Platinum Auto for my future car buying needs, and would recommend you do as well. read more

***SEE MIKE!!!*** I bought my 2017 Ford F-250 from Mike in June 2018 w 19k miles in it. Little problems would come up and Mike ALWAYS DID THE RIGHT THING; even when the dealership probably should have. He absolutely will be there after the sale!!! Once again, Platinum was excellent to work with! Three years ago we purchased a great truck and had an amazing, no hassle experience.... well 3 years later things were exactly the same. Mike went out of his way to get the paperwork together on his day off, so two days later we were about to come in and sign docs and be on our way. This is the kind of place you want to do business with! They treat you like a person, work with you to make a deal, and they don't deal in junk. I bought a Bentley Continental GT and had the best experience with this dealership and Mike who helped me with the sale. This was my first time buying a car that I could not see and inspect in person and had to trust the information on the dealership website and their words on the phone. Mike went out of his to ensure me the car was a in great shape and answered all my questions promptly. Their no haggle pricing also reduced some of the pressure when buying a car and made it clear that was their best and final price. Once I bought the car, Mike arranged the transportation to deliver the car to my house some 400 miles away. The transportation company had some issues with the delivery date and Mike went out of his again and hired a second hauler o deliver my car to me on time. I highly recommend this dealership and wished all dealers were more like Mike. read more

Mike and his team at Platinum were incredible, buying my new X6 was the least painful experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Smoothest car purchase I have ever made!! I started out by sending an after hours email requesting info on the vehicle I was interested in. Even though it was after hours I received a response moments later with the info I requested The next day I sent over my financing pre-qualification from my bank and pictures of my trade in. They gave me a fair offer for my trade in and informed me they were actually able to secure a better finance package than what my bank had offered. They saved me almost 3% and lowered my down payment. I then decided to make the drive down. When I arrived they had all of my paperwork ready to go. They looked over my trade and we test drove the truck I was interested in. After all checked out we moved on to signing all the paper work. All was exactly as expected.
