Worked with Joe on a 2022 F250 Lariat that I wanted really bad. I had a trade in with about $5K in equity to trade. Because of the size of the loan, financing wasn't exactly readily available. I thought it was a no go but the next day after speaking with Joe he said he found someone. Joe went above and beyond to make this deal happen and I couldn't be happier. Did everything over the phone and email to get financing in place. All I had to do was drive from Riverside to Victorville to pick it up today. I met Mike there today because Joe was off. Mike was extremely friendly and assisted in the exchange of trucks. These brothers don't lie to you or try to make you add on accessories that they added to the car like most other dealers. It was just black and white and the best experience I have ever had dealing with a dealer. I would recommend them for your car needs. Great guys and great way to run their business. Hats off to Mike and Joe!!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Platinum and my salesman Joe. I live in Riverside and I work in Orange County so there was just no way I could get to their dealership for at least 6 days after I found their RAM my wife and I wanted online. I sent an email saying I was interested in the truck and Joe called me 30 min later which was 8:30pm. We did most of the conversing after hours and remotely with ease. Great no Haggle price with no markups AND a great price for my trade. BUT THE BEST PART....Since he also lives in Riverside, He even brought the truck to my house and took my old truck with him since I couldn't make it to the dealership. Did all of the paperwork on my dining room table. This is my 10th vehicle and it was HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will for sure be buying my next car at Platinum. I test drove a jeep and…read morewas ok but didnt love it. my mom and i were about to leave and the salesman said it might be gone. i was willing to see if could work out a deal and i left to get my mother food as she was dizzy and had a stroke not to long ago. i never spoke to anyone and mom waa signing papers that she didnt know what she signed. i brought the car back the next morning and they said no returning it . i was shown some features on it to make it seem better but two days later the key was not wotking and a new key was made. two more days and second rime filling the car up after going approx 100 miles per fill up is when i fook it back in because the car was shaking when i backed up , also making a noise in the front and gas mileage was way off. made appointment with the service and they said i needed transmission bolts they needed to order but can still drive home they needed to order the parts and will call me . two weeks no call and i called back the part was never ordered so the very nice grls in the office ordered the part and now 30 days has gone by and new part was supose to have been put in but no change at all was worse. they didnt find a gas problem but as of today i have put 1000 miles on the car and had to fill gas 8 times. i took the car back because the clicking in the front is worse and still shakes but my mom didnt know she paid an extra 6000 for a warranty so thats paid for but again will have to drop the car off again when they get the parts in. i am very unhappy with everything the price paid for a 2018 jeep went from a sticker on the windshield of 16889 to 27,000 and 4000 down ti 23 thosand for a used jeep that i wanted a tucson not a jeep . after paying it off after 7 years 36 thosand that is no deal and took advantage of my mom and myself.

The 4th time they had her leave it so they could figure out what issues they stuck her with before she signed on the contract so they kept her new / older used car for a month. Yes they rented her a car for the time but still can you imagine how she felt? As a father I'm pissed. So in saying if your daughter or son decides to go here and buy a vehicle go with them. Just wish I'd knew of these issues earlier. I had her document everything/ everyone she delt with. Times dates and if they continue to pull these things i will help her contract the bureau of automotive repair in Sacramento And then the BBB social media. They should of known they sold her a lemon next step also is to file a lemon law return. My daughter wanted to be independent and I understand but like I said when it's your child no matter how old you don't appreciate them getting taken advantage of. So it's very important that the buyers beware

My husband set an appointment to do the 24 hour test drive. Because of the timing with the kids getting out of school he called to ask if we picked it up early, could we still return it at 5pm the next day (like an hour difference). They said yes, not a problem. He went to pick it up and they essentially said whoever he spoke to lied to him and that it had to be returned exactly 24 hours after pickup, no exceptions. 24 hours and he had an appointment for when we dropped it off. We got there a little early and they said that they didn't have anyone available to assist us. The appointment meant nothing, we waited for over an hour past our appointment time before anyone could help us. We buy the vehicle and immediately start seeing things that were not obvious before. A crack in the windshield covered by a sticker (why did they cover it?), scratches all along the side of the car, the brakes squealed something terrible, taillight was full of water, one of they keys had a button that was taped on (not obvious because they had a cover on it), the list goes on. So my husband spends some money to get an inspection done at a brand dealership only to find that there are a myriad of things that were overlooked. CarMax did at least agree to do their own inspection and fix some of the things, but this truly should not have been an issue to begin with. So now our new to us vehicle has been sitting at CarMax for over a week to have some issues addressed. Exactly how I wanted to enjoy my purchase.

Within about two weeks of purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair (covered under my extended warranty), and recently (July 2025), it required a full engine replacement costing ~$8,000 (also under my extended warranty). I'm grateful I bought the extended warranty because it covered these expenses, but these major repairs so soon after purchase were stressful and unexpected. I recommend future buyers get a very thorough inspection and understand what the warranty covers.
