My husband set an appointment to do the 24 hour test drive. Because of the timing with the kids getting out of school he called to ask if we picked it up early, could we still return it at 5pm the next day (like an hour difference). They said yes, not a problem. He went to pick it up and they essentially said whoever he spoke to lied to him and that it had to be returned exactly 24 hours after pickup, no exceptions. 24 hours and he had an appointment for when we dropped it off. We got there a little early and they said that they didn't have anyone available to assist us. The appointment meant nothing, we waited for over an hour past our appointment time before anyone could help us. We buy the vehicle and immediately start seeing things that were not obvious before. A crack in the windshield covered by a sticker (why did they cover it?), scratches all along the side of the car, the brakes squealed something terrible, taillight was full of water, one of they keys had a button that was taped on (not obvious because they had a cover on it), the list goes on. So my husband spends some money to get an inspection done at a brand dealership only to find that there are a myriad of things that were overlooked. CarMax did at least agree to do their own inspection and fix some of the things, but this truly should not have been an issue to begin with. So now our new to us vehicle has been sitting at CarMax for over a week to have some issues addressed. Exactly how I wanted to enjoy my purchase.

I am honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews. My experience with Victorville Auto…read moreSales was excellent. I purchased a Lexus from them, and even when I had an issue after the sale, they were quick to step in and help resolve it without any hassle. The staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care. I'd absolutely recommend them. Some of the negative reviews seem more like they came from people upset about financing or credit issues rather than the service itself. If you are looking for a reliable used car, Ike and Ehab will make sure you are taken care of!

I had an incredible experience buying my first car from a dealership at Victorville Auto Sales!…read moreFrom start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, helped me set up my insurance, and never once made me feel rushed. Their team worked with me every step of the way and even stayed after hours to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. What stood out the most was how personable and hospitable the staff were, they truly made the process fun and stress-free. They allowed a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection, which gave me so much peace of mind, and they helped me secure an amazing warranty for the car. I genuinely recommend Victorville Auto Sales to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable dealership. I'd happily recommend them to my family and friends. Such an amazing experience first-time experience at a dealership, thank you Ehab, Ali, and Ike! I will update you guys below as time passes. Updates: December 2024: - Have had the car for a week and no problems yet. August 2025: - While my buying experience was genuinely positive, I want to share my long-term experience for transparency. Within about two weeks of purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair (covered under my extended warranty), and recently (July 2025), it required a full engine replacement costing ~$8,000 (also under my extended warranty). I'm grateful I bought the extended warranty because it covered these expenses, but these major repairs so soon after purchase were stressful and unexpected. I recommend future buyers get a very thorough inspection and understand what the warranty covers.
