After a test drive, we knew we wanted the truck that same night. He set up an appointment for the following day without any pressure whatsoever. His professionalism really stood out. We also purchased an extended warranty, and unfortunately had to use it shortly after buying the truck. When we ran into some coverage issues at a local Chevy dealership, I called Mike. He immediately stepped in and resolved everything. His outstanding customer service saved me hundreds of dollars. If you're looking for a clean dealership with someone who truly cares about their customers and delivers exceptional service, this is the place. I highly recommend Mike!

DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DON'T EVER GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Bought a 2017 Toyota…read moreCorolla from here. Put $3,000.00 cash down and traded in my beloved 2002 Honda Accord for it. When it was all said and done I gave them $3,500.00 in monetary value and within 3 weeks the Toyota was out of commission. The transmission had completely failed. When I contacted Lupe about a resolution she was incredibly rude, used profane and derogatory language/remarks and refused to help. I was out 3,500 and she somehow paid off the loan so it doesn't even show on my credit report. FRAUDSTERS. SCAMMERS!!!! LEMON VEHICLES ARE SOLD HERE!!!! If you're hard working beware of this place, It's a working class individuals WORST NIGHTMARE. I lost 2 cars because of this place and a lot of money. If I had more resources at the time I would have sued... giving two stars because two star reviews are harder to remove from yelp. Hoping this message finds anyone considering this place TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I wish I could give it negative stars!!! Horrible 0/10

Now I will say they have nice vehicles. The woman here asked my wife what her credit score was. Do yourself a favor and keep driving by.

When my vehicle went out I was stuck in a desert small town. That is until Charles from Apex Auto…read morearrived at my door with my next car. The car is a Mercedes, over ten years old, in good shape and runs great. The car was priced in the middle compared to others for sale at the time, not the highest and not the lowest price. But personally, the way I see it, if you need a car bad enough, you will pay the market value for a used car if it also runs great. After I got the car home, a few weeks later I discovered some pre-existing, bad scratch on the rearview mirror, plus the mirror was not actually secured inside the casing and could just fall out. After months of owning the car I went to Apex Auto to get his opinion on how to fix the rearview mirror. As it turned out the owner, Charles happened to have the exact mirror I needed, brand new and still in the box! He was kind enough to give me the mirror for free, which was very cool. Just like I was cool enough to simply pay the asking price for the car without any haggle, he returned the coolness and hooked me up with a passenger side rearview mirror. The mirrors cost anywhere from $300-600 on Ebay and Amazon, to over $1,000 retail from Mercedes Benz. This generous gift took my auto purchase from a fair deal to a good deal, and everyone wants a good deal. I would surely consider Apex Auto for my next auto purchase. Thanks Big Charles!

This car was like new! I was given above blue book value for my trade in. The price on the car I purchased was below blue book value! A win win for me! Skip the dealers. The used cars there are very expensive and nothing to choose from. Avis had a large lot with many cars to choose from with great prices.

I visited this location twice this month and have experienced very horrible interactions…read more I work for Lyft/Uber and when I dropped off a rider at this location the staff was very unprofessional. One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I will be reporting this to the regional manager and corporate for further assistance.
