Fried hot dog and fresh slaw.

Great service upon entering and of course they allow well behaved and leashed dogs inside of the brewery so win win. The atmosphere and vibe was awesome. Clean and modern. Plus that tap wall with the flat screen tv description of the beers was awesome. The beers were very good. You can tell they care about what they're doing. Everyone liked the Coyote Blonde but I was really enjoying the variety of ipas they had. Don't forget to order some a la carte food. The fried hotdog was great and so was the schnitzel sando! Can't wait to make it back.

Simple but nice ambiance - clean restrooms and family style benches

Love this brewery in San Angelo - I did not try the food, but the beer was excellent and we purchased some to take home. Bartender was very friendly, but you have to go up the bar to get service. Casual ambiance. Our flight included: Coyote blonde ale, Mesa Grande Mexican, Light Roast, High Cotton and Hunters Porter My daughter says the fried pickles here are delicious, but they don't serve them on Sundays - so next time! We especially enjoyed the Coyote Blonde Ale and the Hunter's Porter, delicious!

Green beer?!? Drink Guinness on St. Paddy's day like a proper person you green beer drinking heathens.

Plateau Brewing Company was a quick stop for me but I still racked it up as brewery #233. I really wasn't quite feeling it today after a long day of traveling, but it's St. Paddy's day so a beer was in order. And no, absolutely DO NOT call it "St. Patty's" day. I may be Scottish but SWPFTD is Irish and she would not take kindly to that... PBC was hopping when I arrived at about 7pm. It has a few tables out front and a lot of seating inside for a fairly small taproom. Bluebonnet Bandit blueberry wheat ale was first up in my flight. This was a nice aromatic and flavorful wheat with a lot of blueberry coming through. I ordered the Red Bluff Irish red both in honor of St. Pádraig and the lovely SWPFTD, who was toasting me from a local brewery back home. The Red Bluff was a bit malty of course and went down VERY easily. SWPFTD would love this one. If only she went down so easily... The sweet apple Pi Graf has a beautiful color to it. That said I didn't love it. The flavors were just a little harsh for me and didn't work. YMMV of course but this was my least favorite. I had to order Idaho Gem Smash IPA to represent home while I was a stranger in a strange land. For some reason I didn't get much hop on the nose but they came out to play on my tongue. Nice IPA overall. Great flavor but not the overpowering bitterness that neckbearded wannabe beer geeks pontificate about. Last up was the Creature From The Black Legume. I had high hopes for a peanut butter oatmeal stout. My first real introduction to craft beer was with an outstanding oatmeal stout in San Jose, CA which was longer ago than I care to admit. Let's just say craft breweries were nowhere near as big a thing as they are now. This one has a lot of peanut butter on the nose but the peanut butter snuck up on me when I tasted it. My first thought was it was a very mild peanut butter flavor but when the beer stuck to the roof of my mouth I thought, "Whoop, there it is!" I didn't have any food at PBC but their beers are good. Great atmosphere and well worth a stop. If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you!

You come here for the beer, but the food is pretty tasty as well. We sat down and our server was there within a minute or two, very pleasant young lady who answered some of the questions my wife had. She then brought over the bartender who was able to to fully explain what my wife was asking. Both girls were such sweethearts!! The brewery is located in an old building in the Historic downtown area and the decor is simple and relaxed. Plenty of seating inside and they have an outdoor seating area in the back. Oh, did I mention that they are pet friendly inside and outside!!! All pets must be on a leash which is ok with us. A very enjoyable atmosphere with good service, great beer and food. How can you go wrong!!

Definite skip on this one. Cute inside, a couple of benches outside. The beer is ok: nothing bad, nothing great. The big issue is that it took almost an hour to get two bratwurst and an order of fried pickles. We went in at 30 mins to make sure everything was ok, since 30 mins is a LONG turnaround for the small amount of quick food. There were no other tables inside or out when we ordered, and there were two people at the bar. About 15 mins later someone came out to tell us there was a "system problem" and that our order was never put in: 45 mins after the order and 15 mins after we specifically asked for our order to be checked on. When the food finally came out, the side salad on one of the meals looked like it had sat at room temp for far to long or had been frozen and improperly thawed. Not food safe, not to be served. It was another 10 mins after that for the "appetizer". Fried pickles, undercooked and soggy. Having worked in food service for five years, I can't imagine having only ONE table to care for and not noticing that they had been sitting there without the appetizer or meals for 30 minutes. I also can't imagine sending out unsafe vegetables; this place is going to make someone seriously ill with that type of negligence. Mistakes happen, but that's why you have conscientious employees there to keep on top of potential failures.

Absolutely awesome place to bring the family for a night of BBQ foods and great craft beer. Also has Texas made wine and kids menu. Very family friendly place where people don't care at all of you have kiddos with you. Very fun and friendly staff and owners. Good beer, great BBQ and good times for anyone who comes here Friday-Sunday open hours. Ask for Blake and Mike for sure and say hello to them if you go in.

If you don't drink beer, do yourself a favor and head here for the brisket. Holy moly, the food was amazing! My friend and I both opted for a sandwich. I was hoping for the Birria tacos but they were out by the time we got there so we opted for the brisket. We watched them cut it up and lay it on our sandwiches and I think one sandwich could have fed us both. They even slapped on an extra piece as it was the end of the night. It was well seasoned and cooked, melted in your mouth, and soooo juicy. Well cooked. I wouldn't have come here if it wasn't for friends as I don't typically drink beer but I could not have been more satisfied or full after leaving. Yum!!!

My favorite place in San Angelo. The beer is exceptionally made & the food is delicious. I recently had the Eggs Benny paired with a beermosa for brunch & they did not disappoint. 11/10 would recommend.

Nice quiet brewery in a historic area of San Angelo. I had a flight of 5 beers to get a good variety of what is offered. Beer is good my favorite was the Armadillo By Midnight a black IPA. They do have food available but did not try the food.
