I was a new patient so I had extensive x-rays, scans, and photos done of my teeth, all of which were free of charge. Disappointing Experience…read more I visited Solis Dental approximately three years ago and was under the clear impression that my account had been paid in full. Imagine my frustration when, years later, I started receiving charges and collection communications at my home for an alleged balance that I do not believe I owe. After three years, this is completely unacceptable from a patient's perspective. If a dental office claims a patient still owes money, there should be clear, accurate documentation showing exactly what the charge is for, when it was incurred, what insurance paid, and what the patient supposedly failed to pay. Instead, I am now having to deal with a debt collector over an account I believed was settled years ago. That has seriously damaged my trust in this practice. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this office keep every receipt, statement, insurance document, and payment record. Do not assume your account is settled without keeping documentation. I am extremely disappointed with how this billing situation has been handled and would not recommend this practice based on my experience

I knew I wanted the tooth extracted so they explained the process and made sure I was sufficiently numb before beginning. Dr. Sinan took his time pulling the tooth out to ensure so he didn't break it and was very gentle throughout. The receptionist called my meds to the pharmacy while I was being worked on and post-op instructions were clearly explained to me. 10/10 I would recommend this dentist!

I went in as a new customer to Doctor Roland and was thrilled to see how thorough he was. I called…read moreto make an appointment and was able to be seen within just a few days. My schedule was harder to work around than his. When I showed up to my appointment, I was not made to sit and wait for 45 minutes as I am generally accustomed to. I was brought back within 5 minutes and then the doctor was looking at my teeth about 10 minutes later. After taking X-Rays with his incredibly pretty assistants (big plus ;-) ), Dr. Roland sat down with me and discussed what was found as well as options. I had 5 cavities as well as a probable root canal. The cost after my insurance was going to be more than I could pay out of pocket. Dr. Roland told me that I could set up a payment plan to make up the difference; the important thing would be that I get the dental care that I had been neglecting. He gave me all the dental supplies I could ever want as well as provided me with an assessment of what each step would cost and why it was necessary. This allowed me to 'shop around'. Dr. Roland's cost per procedure were right in line if not a little below the other dentists in the area. I went back for my next appointment (today) and had 2 of my cavities filled. He was very patient with my discomfort and was very concerned about how numb I was. I feel no pain just a few hours later, and I am eating chineese food without a problem. Over all, I know nothing about Dr. Roland personally, but as a Dentist, he is the best I've had so far.
