Greenstreet Gardens is one of the few plant shops I physically visit for my gardening needs. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, and they carry some of the more common cultivars of Alocasia, Ficus, Philodendron and other Aroids. If you know, you know. As with most nurseries, the indoor tropical plants and succulents are displayed inside the vicinity. There's a small greenhouse across the main building where you can find some of the larger indoor plants. Outdoor in the back, you can find annuals and other seasonal plants. In the summer, they occasionally have succulents out in the back as well. FYI-- If you're loyal a plant parent, who tends to frequently shop for plant supplies, make a rewards card!

I do appreciate that they offer young trees and have a good selection of hydrangeas in the spring. They have a good selection of hydrangea trees. The customer service is generally OK. Once I gave her the go ahead, she had this beautiful plant delivered the very next day (during Covid-19). She made this process so easy and wonderful. If there is a knock against Heaven's Garden their plants will be a little smaller than you'd fine in a "Non" Organic Nursery. Last year when they were less busy, Jo walked us around and gave us useful tips on how to plant our brush. The young lady this time explained that even when you do everything right factors like wind, soil acidity, mulching, and fertilizer deficiency can play a part in failure.

Running short on time, it was suggested I try Heavens Garden, as it was much closer to home. I called, and was given directions and told the lady what I needed, i.e. compost, gloves, and most importantly on this trip, Peonies!! I told her i would be right down. When I arrived I was met at my truck by this very friendly woman, who said, "you must be the Peonie lady!" lol! As she was walking me to the "Peonies" I was looking around..very well kept grounds, and all areas of interest were clearly marked with signs telling you what type of plants could be found there. They even had areas marked, "Sun Loving", "Shade Loving" ect.. I was particularly impressed with the ornamental trees...all trees, and plants were extremely healthy and robust. I was told they grow all their wares on the farm just next door, and that it was a family operation. I was really happy with the knowledge, and the attention to customer satisfaction given to me. Loved my experience, and hope everyone gives this hidden gem a try! Kudos to Heaven's Garden!

One of the associates an older white man who looked like a rugged, Rambo-style wanna be tough guy displayed clear racist behavior toward me. From the moment we interacted, his tone and attitude were completely different from how he treated other guests. He was dismissive, curt, and made me feel unwelcome and singled out. This wasn't a simple case of bad customer service it was clear bias. What was supposed to be a fun, family-friendly outing quickly turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting experience. I will not be returning and would caution others to be mindful of how they're treated here.

The woman who checked us out was an absolute delight, warm, funny, and exactly what you hope for at a local farm stand. Unfortunately my experience in the herb section was the opposite. When I asked about strawberry plants and was told they didn't have any, I mentioned I was a first time gardener and asked if she could recommend something beginner friendly. Her response was essentially "just pick something, all you have to do is water them." When I explained again that I was new and looking for guidance, she told me she couldn't help me. As a first time gardener trying to learn, that kind of dismissiveness was discouraging. If it weren't for the lovely woman at checkout, I likely wouldn't return. I ended up going to Ed's Plant World in Brandywine where the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to a beginner. The difference was night and day. That said, I'm giving 4 stars because the place is really awesome in terms of selection and variety. The woman in the herb section may have just been having a bad day. It's absolutely worth checking out.

Each time that I visited your locations I received high quality plants and GREAT customer service! The climax was when I asked for our patio to be scheduled around my vacation and surgery. Erin Glascock called and worked with me to find the best date possible. She was fantastic! I am still waiting for Long fence to schedule my fence installation and I contracted them first! Erin was professional, warm, understanding, and accommodating! I will definitely continue to buy my plants from your stores and refer my friends for all of your services! Thank you, Jim James B.
