    Baked goods

This place has been on my radar for a couple of months now. I finally got to check it out today. I feel they have a great menu, complete with smoothie bowls and smoothies plus some salad and breakfast items. They also had some very delicious looking baked goods. I ended up ordering a Kale Caesar salad, the tofu wrap, and a loaf of the rose pistachio cake. The overall feel of the place is cozy, they do have some seating, although it feels a little bit more grab and go because of the size. The Service was also pretty good, there were a few high school age girls working there who seemed very sweet. For parking, plan to grab street parking or park somewhere in a lot nearby, as this café is located on the main road. I plan to visit again as the food was very good and clean!

Great food and gluten free items. Love the tempeh BLT and carrot cake. Quick service especially to go. Not a lot of places to sit.

I was excited to learn about this new plant-based cafe in downtown Melrose. I had the harvest bowl and it was yummy. Highly recommend!

Cute new space. Yummy smoothies! They are still trying to finalize things, but looks to be a great spot going forward!

Food and service are amazing. I had the chickpea salad sandwich and I can't recommend it enough. Absolutely delicious!

This location is a staple for me. Anytime I'm in the Boston area I stop by to patron this location…read more Today I mistakingly put in an order for the Medford location and after discussing they were able to just make it here. Not complaints or additional issues, simply showed them the order I placed and fulfilled it in a short time. Every time I've visited they've been pretty friendly and attentive to order details. I always get their smoothies so that's all I can comment on but everything I've tried always tastes good. I will agree with some of the reviews in that the prices can be a little on the higher side for this brand but one of the better options out there. The location has plenty of seating to enjoy indoors if desired. Giving five stars because I'm a repeat customer and customer service has always been good and I haven't felt the quality has degraded which is a win for me. While good, there are potential areas of improvement: - Display nutritional information of products (I like to know how many calories and sugar I'm ingesting in what I think is a healthy option) - I would LOVE to see organic options - Either slightly more modest pricing or a better reward system would be a good way to get more frequent visits :)

I ordered a overpriced smoothie ($10 for a 16oz drink) as I was feeling a low blood sugar problem…read morecoming on so I had to get something to eat/drink quickly and that is why I ended up at Liv's. I ordered a smoothie that ended up being hard to drink from a straw as the smoothie was way too thick. There also were some lumps in the drink that weren't fun to swallow (gag!) so I'm thinking the drink could have been blended more thoroughly. And, I saw on the menu most if not all of the smoothies were made with almond milk. Why not just use regular milk instead of almond milk? I thought almond milk wasn't that healthy for us. Lectins in the milk? Also the Liv's smoothie taste wasn't that appealing. I think Liv's relies on sweeteners like dates and vanilla and protein powders instead of using cow's milk and natural sweeteners like fruit. I make naturally sweet very healthy green smoothies all the time at home using my Nutra Ninja and they come out absolutely delicious and thick enough not to be difficult to drink from a straw and there are NO LUMPS ever. For $10 for a 16oz drink I expected better. Not sure I'd ever go back.
