From the start, it was clear that Jon is more than just a landscaper. He took an active role in all aspects of this project beginning with the sewer line. He was present when All Drain came to scope the sewer line so he could understand what part of the line was compromised. He actually identified that the problem was bigger than the sewer line, and involved a significantly leaking water line. He then helped coordinate the excavation and replacement of the sewer and water lines with a sub-contractor that he respected- Joe Vara. We felt so taken care of - Jon and Joe were making sure everything was done correctly. They were both accessible, great communicators, smart, with a really great work ethic.
