Here I could comfortably look through the labelled pots in comfortable surroundings and find what I needed. There are copious amounts of flowers, knick knacks, gidgets and gadgets. I got a jade plant that was put outside for the summer and the magpies pecked, but it is thriving still. The plants from Golden acres were hale and hearty. The herbs grew wonderfully and the plants did great even in the hail storms. Overall the prices here are definitely more than the grocery store greenhouse, but we chose things on sale and there are definitely bargains to be found. One of our party scored a nice senior's discount.

She was attentive and all ears as I told her our beautiful Canadel table was still not closing properly. She gave me Ron the Warehouse Managers direct number which I called the next day. We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. Beware of this store!!!…read more I visited the Richmond Daniadown shortly before Christmas 2011, in search of a new duvet. The store was very messy (perhaps because of the Christmas rush) and there was only one salesperson trying to assist several customers at the same time. I waited for 20 minutes, and when she finally came over to help me, she was very rude and tried to pressure me to purchase the most expensive duvet in the store. I elected to buy a "3 in 1" wool duvet instead, and I could tell that my decision irritated her - perhaps she was disappointed because the commission would not be as high? The duvet itself is clearly of an inferior quality (almost all of the products in this store are made in China). It has a terrible smell and fell apart after one cycle (gentle) in the washing machine. A major reason I purchased this particular duvet was because it was supposedly "Machine Washable". When I called the store to inquire about a repair/exchange/refund for the duvet, I was curtly informed that all duvet products are "Final Sale". The salesperson also stated in a very condescending manner that I had "obviously" washed the duvet incorrectly and thus caused it to fall apart. I tried to move up the ladder and speak to the division manager, but he was also incredibly rude and seemed more concerned about defending the duvet than providing customer service. I am 60+ years old, and he spoke to me like a child. All in all, my experience with both the duvet itself and the customer service at this store was horrendous. My only recommendation is to stay far, far away!!

I found the bit I needed, for much cheaper I might add, and a little more. I've driven past the store before and never realized the selection they have here. They have the full line of major power tool brands like Dewalt and Bosch, a few aisles of all the accessories, plus many other things like caulking, ladders, safety apparel, and of course, fasteners. I will definitely be coming back here more regularly in the future.

But the web site still says you can, until you get a generic error that syas "a service error occured, check your details and try again". So then I wasted more time to call and wait to find out that this is deliberate. Very poor customer service.
