I complained but got a nonsensical response: you really can't tell from that photo, we used nicer flowers and more filler, yada yada... They probably think you'll never know what they sent and that was true in the past. But today with camera phones it's easy to get a photo of the arrangement and know exactly what was sent. When a business cuts corners to increase margins......it becomes expensive. I have purchased two…read moreplanter boxes from Wild about Flowers and was very happy. My recent purchase, was a similar planter box as the previous ones; however, within two days the moisture leaked through the bottom of the box and left a moisture stain on my dining room table. I was surprised the moisture had leaked though the bottom of the box? I then discovered, that the lining in this new box was basically wax paper, the previous boxes were lined with a heavy plastic liner. I called the store and left a message about my experience, with no reply. I then sent a text message after which I received an email from the owner/manager that this was not their problem, not even a discussion about it. I guess the owners focus is now on increased margins, and less so on customer satisfaction. Next time I pickup an arrangement, it will be elsewhere.
