My boyfriend decided to order an arrangement of flowers for my convocation so that I could have something unique that didn't just come from a grocery store. I got my hopes up reading these glowing reviews but was terribly disappointed. The flowers came wrapped in nothing but black paper which reminded me of cheap arts and crafts paper from school, and they were wrapped in a way where you couldn't even see the flowers. The flowers themselves did not seem very fresh and upon rewrapping them in the car to make them look more visually appealing, I found that they had tucked some flowers towards the back where the petals were already wilting. 3 days later and they're almost ready to go in the garbage. I've seen much fresher flowers and nicer bouquets for $10-20 and my boyfriend paid over $60 for flowers here. Tragic. read more

Recently went in to bey a bouquet of flowers for my lady which was on a Wednesday. I got back from a business trip Friday afternoon and the flowers were not looking good and dying. Now I buy flowers quite regularly but usually use a different florist, and I can tell you they last much longer. I called there to let them know and see what they would do. I was asked to email them pictures of the flowers, and they would look at them and call me right back. Well I can definitely say I never got a call back. Not impressed by their customer service and definitely not happy with the bouquet I received, so I would not recommend them as a place to go to. read more

I purchased flowers for my sons wedding. I was disappointed with the final product. We ordered some corsages and boutineers plus two large arrangements of roses. The flowers that were in the larger vases were top heavy and fell apart, we had to redo the arrangements into vases our venue had on hand to save them. While the staff was friendly and the shop was quaint, the flowers are extremely overpriced. I always purchase flowers for my girlfriend at flower shops and avoid the grocery store so I am not unaccustomed to paying a premium for a nice arrangement. I ordered and pre-paid for a flower arrangement just shy of $100 over the phone and was presented with something that looked like I paid $30 upon pick-up.
