The customer service was excellent--friendly, welcoming, and quick. As for the location, it's in Oakland, so just use the same awareness you normally would, but I felt comfortable during my visit. With confidence, he said...."the Oasis Bowl." He likes the Oasis Bowl because it features seasonal fruit. That means the recipe and taste experience can change with the seasons. When I was there, the seasonal fruit was pineapple. This place makes a good acai bowl. For $13.00, it's not overflowing with fruit toppings. Instead, it's packed with fresh fruit, crispy granola, chia seeds, honey and coconut flakes on top of a acai base. It's definitely a meal, not a fruit bowl snack. The interior is very clean.
